If you are able to pick another hotel during your stay at Canary Island, I would do so. It is _not_ safe for a stay and certainly not with children. Walls are showing great water damage and have pieces of wall filler and dust falling off everywhere. I am not kidding when I say this was in every room and every wall of our bungalow. What about having electricity socket not being attached to the wall with live electricity still going through it?
This was brought up to the hotel and the customer relations personell was very good talking to about it. I was told compensation could not be done at the hotel as it was booked through hotels.com, but as we since have arrived home they take zero accountability in the matter. To the length that they say this was never brought up with the hotel and refuse to converse further about the subject. Ignoring calls, ignoring emails, ignoring everything. Send us an email and we will reply in 24h is the only thing you can get, while that has been sent and tried over five times now, still no reply on the matter and hotels.com say they cannot do anything until they do.
I sincerely consider this a maximum two star resort until their problems are taken care of. Seeing the janitor running around with a bucket of wall filler and while paint says a lot. Patching a turd is what they are doing.
I hope you will not have any problems if you go here, but I would suggest going elsewhere. Management is not to be trusted.

Very nice bungalows. Clean and comfortable. Nice heated pool. Nice area and easy to find. The food though is terrible all times meals. Too overcooked and well done meat/fish/chicken with no taste left in the ingrediens. Even soup or different sauces tasted like cooked water. The staff did not seem vary happy to work there - even though they are able to help and did solve some problems I had. They could be more smiling but didn´t seem to like their job. The wifi was great in the houses but less good at restaurant and by the pool. I would consider going back but that would be without any food included :-). I loved the sorroundings and the facilities (except for the gym which had only few machines).

Entertainment wasn’t the best and indoor arena wasn’t ideal for everyone to see the ‘shows’. Staff were helpful and friendly from reception to restaurant to housekeeping.

This is a really lovely resort with beautiful, spacious bungalows. Ours had a lovely large bedroom, a great loving / dining room and kitchen plus a large shower room and an external space to hang towels and clothes to dry. In addition, we had a lovely terrace and large garden to enjoy the glorious sunshine. The restaurants and bars were great with a variety of great food. We went all inclusive and made the most of the great food and beers. The resort is in a great location, just 1 km from Maspalomas lighthouse and the great beaches and sand dunes. The pools at the resort were many and our room was at one end of the send largest pool. It was such a great location as we could have a swim then return to our terrace to relax or use one of the many sunbeds by the pool. Overall, this was a great find and I would wholeheartedly recommend this resort and would definitely return.

When we arrived it was very late and the staff had left us water and a cold meal. The room was nice, but boiling as there was no air-conditioning. We hired a fan the next day, but the room was still too hot on a night and it would have been nice, if the fan had been included. The toliet was broken when we arrived and we weren't able to flush it. This was promptly fixed after it was reported.
Whilst we understand that cockroaches are common in Canaries because of the climate, the number in the resort was unreasonable. They were in the rooms and my partner saw one in the dinning hall on the food. They did spray to get rid of them, but this just meant that they were all around the pool dying one morning. It didn't seem to make much difference.
There was no entertainment in the part of the resort where we were, we had to go further down to the main resort on an evening. The entertainment wasn't in English, but speaking Spanish this didn't bother us. It wasn't very good, but you could see that the team were trying. Bingo was in German as the majority of guests are German.

outstanding bungalow . spotless, not a speak of dust or hair to be found very well equipped kitchen , comfy bed , absolutely perfect accommodation, choice of pools is great , fun main pool to the others which are quite and relaxing , nice setting well maintained complex . great location to. such a shame that the restaurant is a big let down , good food ruined by the chefs , huge food poisoning risk by chef using same tongs to handle raw meet then serving cooked meat with the same tongs , a big no no. in the united kingdom restaurants would be shut down using this system , hence never eat there again despite complaining twice.

Decent size apartments which were in good condition. Food was really quite good too with lots of variety on main courses. Only downside was no air conditioning. Location is 15-20 mins from the beach (and there are bar/restaurants etc near there). But nothing else within comfortable walking distance around it, except one (pricey) mini-supermarket and a restaurant/bar. Overall we had a fantastic holiday there.

This is not the place to take your holidays if you have expectations of a reasonable standard of service. We left the complex each morning and felt that we could not return until the evening so that we did not have to put up with the noise from bars and children.
