everything was perfect for our five night stay. view from our balcony was superb.

The gardens were beautiful and the pool was fantastic, but that was all. The apartment was terribly run down, hair dryer in one of the bathrooms blew up in my friends hand, owners didn't ask if they were ok just said no worries we'll get someone up to take a look later, ended up being 24hrs later. Doors to bedrooms didn't lock, balcony door you had to use two hands to open as was extremely corroded, my son sat on one of the balcony chairs and the legs just snapped off!! Couch looked like it had never been cleaned. Maintenance people, manitenance!!!!!!

The room I had was on the 10th floor so the view was excellent. Unfortunately they were doing renovations in a unit on the same floor so for a few days the noise was rather bad.

Staff were very accomodating with my request for late checkout. Note that the bedrooms were not airconditioned so this would just be an added bonus if this was at all possible. More direction regarding finding general TV channels would be great - i fumbled my way and finally found it.

The room was very spacious and clean. Great views. The pool and tennis courts were great. Would have been better if the air con went into the bedrooms in our apartment as they were hot.

Central to all the attraction on the Sunshine Coast. Our room had a great view day and night. Only had a few problems with the resort you could hear the people in the unit above stomping around and there where no fly screen on any of the doors or windows. Also we checked in after hour it was great they left our room key and instructions but when we went to park our car someone had parked in our designated carpark we had to find somewhere else to park. Apart from that we had a peaceful stay and would definitely stay there again.

On arrival - the room was over powered by bleach smell!!!!! On going to bed at 10pm - Pulled down covers to find sand through the sheets. in Double bed. Our pull out bed for our young son had no sheets!! We all slept on blankets 1st night. Yes, it did get chilly towards the morning .Reception is from - 9am to 5pm. Other than that, it was a good 3 days. The underlay on the double should have been changed as it smelled of body odour.
