I got an email the day before check-in, letting me know that my condo reservation was canceled. The email looked very strange (like a scam), so I didn’t respond. When I got there, it was in fact canceled. The nice gentleman at the front desk at Worldmark could not help me, but tried his best. I ended up calling Hotels.com and spent over two hours on the phone with them. It was super frustrating and they could not clearly explain to me what the issue was. The ended up moving us to a different place with two hotel rooms, which is not the equivalent of a two bedroom condo with a full kitchen and living room and washer dryer. After driving all day long, it was extremely exhausting and frustrating. They should have let us know more than one day in advance.

Good for family and kids. Have indoor play room and covered swimming and hot tub area. Room was decent and staff was cooperative for any requests. Had a good time.

We loved our stay! The condo was in great condition. Clean, comfortable and spacious. They have a game room, pool and games to check out. We would stay here again!

We liked that the property was few minutes from Yellowstone park. It also had some convenient stores, restaurants and bars walkable distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return.

Everything about the property was wonderful! Savannah at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. There was a mix up on our extended reservation and Barbara from the front desk was completely rude, combative, and offensive. (I suggest she gets some training on customer service from Savannah) Chris the manager went out of his way to correct the issue and was very helpful as well. We are hoping the Barbara issue is corrected so we can stay there again this coming Summer! Beautiful facility!

Very nice, spacious and clean. Hot tubs were great after snowboarding. Great location.

We were here for spring break, skiing at Big Sky during the day. It was a fraction of the price of staying up there and the drive to the resort was only an hour. We just missed the tail end of snowmobile season or we would have done a day in the national park as well. The 2 bedroom condo provided extra space to relax during our stay over just being in a hotel room. Having 2 bathrooms was great too! The property even provides free movie rental and board games that you can check out. You can also connect your devices to the tv through chromecast. It had a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our own food when we didn't want to go out. There is also a washer and dryer, which was handy. Everything was very clean. The game room was fun for the kids and the pool was warm. They even had activities the kids could do like coloring or making bracelets. The location is good. On a nice day you could walk to restaurants and shops. The wolf and grizzly discovery center is right across the street. You could hear the wolves howling at night, which was cool. The staff was very friendly and always extended a greeting when we saw them. We will definitely stay here again.

Great amenities! But why do other guests have to ruin it. Loud and rude.

I was also disappointed that there was an extra charge to use the WiFi, should have been included in our stay. I also let the front desk know twice that we were missing the remote for the fireplace, they said they’d send someone to our room, but know one ever came so we were unable to enjoy the fireplace.

Great room. very nice. However for a room so nice was kind of surprised to find we had to buy internet access separately. Kind of an outdated concept. For a room as expensive as ours to not have internet and to have to pay extra was kind of an extra hassle.
