Easy parking and it was easy to self serve. There was free lattes coffee and an area where you could print stuff for free. You can barbecue if you choose. Very clean and people that we met were nice.

This location was in the middle of everything, which made our time there more about US, and.less about travel time.

The location was excellent.

It was amazing, the location is great, the rooms are clean, the view is awesome. And it has all supplies for cooking. It’s convenient for us after a tiring day outside.

As a newer company, Kasa did a nice job of securing units on the same floor that provide a nice view of the city from the balcony. It's a residential building in the south loop. The front desk/security personnel was extremely helpful for navigating the nuances of the building. Pet areas are what you would expect for a residential city dwelling and the neighbors we came in contact with were quite friendly, which is not something to expect in a big city.

While there was always a person at their front desk, all communication related to their services (including housekeeping) had to be done online. At times that can feel convenient, but a few other times it felt somewhat frustrating. Also the “smart tv” in my room was all apps which limited my ability to watch much live sports. For example, there was a three game Cubs/Phillies series during the week I was visiting Chicago, and I went to the first one (my first time ever visiting Wrigley Field), but I was never able to access the other two on any of the available apps. And signing in and later signing out of all those apps was somewhat tedious, instead of just simply pulling up a regular broadcast or cable station to just watch a game or a show or a movie. But despite those two arguably minor flaws (especially if those types of things won’t bother you), the apartment style rooms the Kasa offers make their buildings a very nice place to stay for a week-long visit in Chicago. However, from my personal experience I think I slightly prefer their Magnificent Mile location over this South Loop one.

My family and I recently stayed at Kasa South Loop while I attended a convention in Chicago, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The condo offered gorgeous views that added a touch of magic to our stay, especially in the mornings and evenings. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. We had everything we needed, from the modern, fully stocked kitchen and fresh, clean linens to extra towels and laundry detergent for the in-unit washer and dryer. The cozy living space was thoughtfully designed to meet guests' needs. The amenities available were top-notch, enhancing the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, the staff were helpful and accessible if we needed them. Check-in and check-out were also a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying at Kasa South Loop. It's an ideal choice for anyone visiting Chicago, whether for business or leisure.
