Your facility is very nice overall. We enjoyed the location and the views. The floors are very squeaky which made our late night returns awkward. We also struggled with getting hot water at the kitchen sink and with extreme pipe hammering whenever hot water was turned on or off in the bathroom. Having the washing machine was a nice luxury for long term travelers, but we found the dryer function beyond our ability to operate. The beds were quite comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the facility very good. We did try asking for help via the website helpdesk, but over six days never got a response even though the welcome site says it is manned daily. We would stay here again if the need arose.

I was not pleased of my stay because i was told i would have a see view and when i got to the apartment i had a corner of a see view . Plus your pictures on the internet is showing a full see view so they are wrong from the apartment i had

We stayed here for the Scottish Bowls Competition it was very clean and comfortable the only complaint was the hallway floorboards squeeked very loudly no matter where you walked on them which was extremely annoying during the night trying to get to the toilet, kitchen or living room disturbing the other people in apartment.
We also had a problem with the living room window which kept opening during the night with the extremely windy weather we had on the sunday but this was fixed the next day when we complained about it.
