I loved it! We will definitely stay there for our next visit. Our flights were delayed we didn’t get to the hotel until midnight. They still greeted us and even had dinner waiting for us in our Villa. The food is delectable. The service was great, just perfect.

We stayed at Hermosa Cove for 5 nights. We came across this resort while searching for luxury villas in Ocho Rios. We have stayed at many luxury all-inclusive resorts before but wanted to try something different. This is an absolutely unique and beautiful property that is surrounded by a wide variety of trees, tropical plants, flowers, various birds and wooden sculptures. You will feel completely surrounded by nature. The staff from the front desk, restaurant, grounds staff were fantastic. We can’t forget about Elvis. He has a wealth of knowledge about this property because he has he helped to cultivate it from day one. Elvis brought us fresh coconut and mango. This made us feel very special. The three cascading pools overlooking the Caribbean ocean is so serene and beautiful. The beach area is pristine. The coral reefs is home to beautiful sea life. Great for swimming and snorkelling but you might also need water shoes. The food and drinks were excellent. Be sure the try the Caribbean breakfast, and tropical sundae. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable king size bed, air condition and kitchen should you need it. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Lots of storage and closet space. Dipping pool was also nice. Lots of unique chill spots to relax on the property. This is a very quiet and relaxing resort. It’s not a party resort if that’s what you are looking for. Highly recommend this resort for peace, calm and complete relaxation. Looking forward to returning soon.

Great staff, very friendly and responsive. Beautifull and very well-maintained grounds. Small sand beach but good snorkeling on the property. Small watersports staff but office is very well stocked with masks and fins. complimentary guided kayaking trips to snorkel a nearby reef. Decent birding on site. very limited complimentary continental breakfast (coffee or tea, 1 piece of toast with cream cheese and jam, juice and a fruit plate) However, plenty of tasty and reasonably priced options on the a la carte breakfast menu. limited dining options nearby. on site restaurant has a very creative chef with great Caribbean flavors. avoid the pork barbeque itis very dry and nothing like American barbeque. some of the villas are not as exciting as they appear in the website photos. go with an ocean view villa for a true Jamaican experience.

Pros: The villas are adorable and fairly private in a picturesque setting. The private dip pool was the best…..it’s a must for future travel! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good. I loved how the property had hammocks, chair swings and gazebos throughout. The cascading pool area is lovely. Paulette the housekeeper is the sweetest lady ever! Elvis is awesome! Cons: The property is located off super busy Main Street. You can hear traffic and beeping all day & night unless you are directly on the property’s beach where the sound of the crashing waves overtakes the sound. There is also random music and chanting from a nearby hotel / church that tends to begin around 10:30 am. Though the beach area is lovely, it is too rocky to walk into the ocean for swimming. Danielle appeared sleepy and unmotivated the few times we went to the lobby. Once she was eating lunch standing between her office and the front desk which made us feel like a bother. I would suggest power washing the mold from the beautiful cement/stucco walls throughout the property for a cleaner/better appearance. It wouldn’t be costly.

Amazing experience! We stayed at Hermosa Cove for 5 nights and highly recommend this resort for those looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway. We were there for New Years and enjoyed a celebration on the beach courtesy of Hermosa. The staff tended to our every needed and did so with a warm smile. Check it out!

Whether it's Klent helping to book the day trip of your choice (or any other needs you need attended to), or Ryan taking you on a perfect day of kayaking and snorkeling, or Randy making the perfect beachside drink, or being recommended the perfect meal for the occasion, the staff at the Hermosa made our stay pretty much perfect. I can't recommend it highly enough.

My boyfriend and I had our own little Villa with a bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and a whole outdoor oasis that included a sitting area and outdoor shower. The grounds are kept pristine and the location is fantastic next to a bird sanctuary. It's a short drive to Dunns River Falls which is a must-do if you go to that area of Jamaica! The staff was impeccable and we even met the chef at breakfast one morning where he asked what kind of fresh fish we would like for dinner that night. I highly recommend this for both couples and families!

Our stay at Hermosa Cove was excellent! It is a beautiful 'boutique' resort and the staff is wonderful. By the second day, we were all on a first name basis and we felt very comfortable there. The on-site restaurant (Christopher's) was very good and the views from both the restaurant and pool area were simply stunning. Enjoy!
