With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a Carolina Room, this beautiful upgraded condo sleeps 8 and is perfect for families or couples looking for the best of South Carolina beach experiences.

Within walking distance of Surfside to the north and the lively Garden City pier just .5 miles to the south, this condo is perfectly situated for access to restaurants, shopping , arcades and nightly entertainment. Championship golf courses, numerous dining options, grocery markets and family attractions are just a minutes drive from your door.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed with en-suite full bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen bed with a full-size bath. 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom with 1/2 bath, plus a double size futon in the Carolina room create comfortable accommodations for any crowd.

Duel access to the spacious balcony from the master suite and main living space make it a great gathering area. A full set of high-end department store linens, blankets, pillows and mattress pads are included for all beds, as well as a full set of luxurious towels for 8 guests.

The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops and newer appliances. All bathrooms have granite vanities. The main living area and kitchen are tile, while all bedrooms are carpeted.

The condo has 3 flat screen, SMART HDTV's -- 1 in the main living area, 1 in the Master bedroom, 1 in the Carolina room (a great place for kids to watch).

WiFi and cable are included.

Two parking passes will be provided for covered parking spots on a first come first serve basis, not reserved, and there is additional parking on the street as well. (An extra vehicle pass can be provided once booked, please ask in advance.)

This is an owner operated rental.

The renter must be at least 25 years old and be present in the condo for the entire stay (NO EXCEPTIONS, please don't ask).

The condo's desirable location just south of Myrtle Beach and just north of Murrell's Inlet puts Garden City Beach in the heart of South Carolinas' beautiful beaches!

My family and I enjoyed this stay so much! Easy access to beach and pool. We don’t live close by and don’t have a ton of storage where we do live, so having to get all of the beach supplies would be difficult. There is a storage space downstairs next to the parking, right next to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, and toys which was perfect for us! I was traveling with my partner and our 3 kids aged 12, 8, and 5 and the space fit us perfectly! Fully stocked kitchen, a table that sits 6 to eat at as well as play games. Several family style restaurants (Bubbas is really good and reasonably priced for everything you get and right in the middle of 4 other restaurants) about 5-10 minute drive down the way as well as arcades (GiGi’s has really good food), shops, bars and a pier all with in walking distance. Seth was very communicative and helpful with anything and everything needed! Highly recommend.

This was my 2nd time staying with Erica. Condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The beach in this area is beautiful. I hope to return next year.

The location was nice (away from some of the busier areas.) The view from the balcony was very nice. The weather for the week was decent and we did have a couple of really nice beach days. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the condo. It was not as clean as we hoped, with visible dust, a dead cockroach under the couch, and walls in desperate need of a coat of paint. There were also unsightly stains on the mattress pads, stained pillows, and we didn’t appreciate having to put our “luxury linens” that we had to pay $100 for, on the beds upon arrival. That linen rental thing was odd, because you’d have NO SHEETS if you didn’t pay the extra fee. We would prefer that this was just figured into the original price. We also had issues with the fridge and freezer not working. I don’t have space to go into detail, but it was an issue that interrupted our week multiple times, with multiple visits from a repair person and the owner and caused us to have to throw food away multiple times. What bothered us most was that the owner didn’t offer us compensation or alternative solutions to the fridge problems. She verbally apologized but didn’t offer us anything else. One of the reasons why we like to rent condos is the benefit of having a full kitchen and being able to make a few meals at the condo. Not having a functioning fridge or freezer took that away from us. And to be honest we got sick of constantly having to buy ice for our coolers to keep food cold. We would not stay again
