Nice place to stay. Stayed in 2 bed studio. It’s kind suited for both short stay and long stay. Clean and comfortable beds. Clean washroom. Altogether great place..

I booked this as a last min reservation. The location was my most important piece. I think this is a new building and i was impressed by the last min price option. When u walked in i lived that there was a self check in option so i would have to wait in case no one was at the front desk. But I'm a personable person and would rather work with breathing people. I was able to check in quickly and effortlessly with the beautiful host at the desk. All in all pretty routine check in process. But when i realized i needed a key to get through the main doors to the rooms that was actually such a relief and an added sense of safety. Major stars for safety and security. When i got to the room, it was nice a clean, but not very welcoming i almost felt like i was walking into my room at the hospital while recovering from having my babies. This is why i think they are new. Nothing on the walls and zero rods on the floor to absorb the sounds. So my TV was echoing off the hardwood floors and bar walls. And i could hear the neighbors and passerbys way to clearly. But i think they are still moving in, so I'll try it again in a few months when i need a place again and see if anything is different. Overall, not a bad last min stay

Floors were dirty, obviously not cleaned at all. Beds not comfortable. And barely enough towels for 2 people. The surrounding area is questionable.

It was good besides the fire alarm going off at 2 in the morning

Very unorganized, not responsive. Could not check in. No one was onsite. Locked out and kiosk did not work and had to go to another hotel. We tried multi phone numbers including the 24/7 phone number. What if there was a emergency from one of their guests. Having no one onsite is a very serious safety issue and should be addressed. I think that West Jordan City would not think highly of no one managing the premises at night. I have heard that others have experience the same issue.

Wish they had breakfast but overall great

I stay at hotels often and have a fairly judgemental opinion of hotels. This was my first time at this brand and was pleasantly surprised in some areas and not excited about others. Check in was easy and the lobby was clean and simple. The first surprise was the security. You had to have a key card to get into the hallway to get to the rooms or elevators. I liked that! I had a king suite and it had a lot of floor space as well as places for clothes, which is very unusual for a hotel. Again a positive. It has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, sink and a good sized bar area with 2 bar stools. Cleanliness was an A+ The bathroom had an unusually deep tub and nice counter area with shelves below. Great space. I stayed 3 nights and was very comfortable. The oddities I didn't expect: No silverware, pots, or even glasses to go with the kitchen. If you want anything more than 4 cheap plastic wrapped cups, bring your own. Strange for having a full kitchen! No hair dryer, no iron or board. However you can get an iron at the front desk, but no board. Odd. The walls are paper thin. People in the hallway sounded like they were in my room. A little freaky. Bring ear plugs for sleeping. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Scared me to death! It's super loud in the room and the lights flash. Lasted about 45 sec. Found out someone was smoking in their room and we all got notified. Price was good, I'd stay there again.

So noisy , alarm went off at 2 am , strange people moving furniture all night . Linens are synthetic, no real blanket . Lost my AirPods because I was so tired and didn’t sleep all night because of the noise and no lost and found .

Absolutely amazing, words don't do this place justice. I highly recommend cause it's just so amazing.

first of all when I took a shower, the whole room bathroom was flooded with water. They moved me to another room and all you will ever hear. Is the fire alarm going off couldn’t sleep well at all but overall the place was nice and clean. People were very nice, but I should’ve been conversation for that

Pros: this is new and Clean, good price point. Cons: staff needs some serious customer service training, the beds are awful, barely any pressure on the water in the shower, the clientele seems very sketchy and the fire alarm keeps going off, We won't be back.

It was new and clean! Only suggestions to have curtains. Blinds didnt cover the sunlight in the morning but other than that i would stay here again !

I was excited to try this brand-new hotel near my daughters' house. It was clean and the staff was friendly. But the rooms had little to be desired. I could have gotten passed the overly minimalistic (aka boring & uninviting) decor IF the bed and pillows had been comfortable and the room supplied with standard amenities such as an iron, blow dryer, hangers, coffee pot etc. Those items were not even available at the front desk. There was a small kitchen but no kitchen towel, dish soap, plates, cups, silverware, etc. If you wanted those, they were an additional fee. Even the toiletries were lacking... one small bar of soap and a small shampoo. I was also surprised that they didn't have charging stations for electric cars - something I've seen at several other new facilities. For an 'extended stay' property, I would have expected much more!

We booked LivAway as my husband has medical issues and a restricted diet. We planned to cook meals, which is why we were looking for a place with a stove. Getting there there is nothing besides appliances in the kitchen area. Not even a cup. There was, however, a note that said you could buy things from the front office. The office is closed from 10pm-7am. If you arrive during those hours theres a computer to check yourself in. Well the software system was outdated and wouldnt allow us to check in. Fortunately a friendly maintenance worker walked buy and helped us. He was the highlight of the trip. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Fortunatley we had 2 queen beds so my husband and I could toss and turn without bothering the other. I suppose if you are a construction worker that has to stay places for an extended period of time and travels with all their kitchen requirements, it would be find for them. Definitely not someone I'll stay again.

Excellent option. Extremely competitive rates but the staff is very friendly and the patrons alike. Happy to stay here again. I believe I had a brand new room

It was difficult to add a night to my stay

The property itself was fantastic clean and smelt great, now on the other hand i was falsely accused of smoking when I dont even smoke.. fire alarm went of 3 different times due to some new error or something. I was then treated like a criminal or something and was kicked out and put on a DNR list. This is all hearsay from the maintenance manwho didnt like me
