Dans cette toute nouvelle maison, vous aurez accès à un vaste espace de 1800 pieds carrés commençant par un garage, une aire de stationnement et une entrée privée. La chambre principale et une chambre d'hôtes ont chacune de beaux lits king-size, et la deuxième chambre d'hôtes contient des lits superposés queen-queen - le tout garni de draps, d'oreillers et de couvertures magnifiques et luxueux. Chaque chambre a son propre placard et une télévision connectée de 55 ", ainsi qu'un téléviseur supplémentaire de 65" dans le salon. Les salles de bains sont équipées de savons, serviettes et sèche-cheveux.

Came for a wedding with my family and sister and this property was a great central location for us with traveling back and forth throughout Utah. Having breakfast items were SO amazing to have, especially with two kids. The semi-stocked pantry is what drew me to this listing in the first place because that truly felt family friendly. There were really no complaints. We did hear some upstairs noise but not noise we haven't heard before. The sound machines provided drowned out really any noise we heard in the bedrooms. The only thing that was slightly worrisome, and I truly mean slightly, was that there was a day where we had left one day and we had to usher some kids out of the driveway so we could back out vehicle out of the garage (this was not the issue), BUT later that evening we noticed an extra note written in kid's handwriting about the upstairs dwellers. So at some point while we were gone kids went into the rental and as far as we know, just wrote a note on the sign about the door leading upstairs. We did not notice anything stolen, it had looked like my jewelry was sifted through, but since nothing seemed to be missing we didn't note anything at the time. But we were slightly uncomfortable with our remaining evening since our space had seemed that it was intruded upon. Would still stay here again honestly since this fit our budget, our family, and the ease of location.

Great place to stay for my family. Everything was super clean and very spacious. The pantry was stocked for breakfast and plenty of snacks! It was so nice not to have to run to the store for basic items. Would definitely come back again!

I fly into Utah during a storm. I was grateful for the owner giving me updates.
I usually travel alone to see my grandchildren in Utah. Visiting them every six weeks. So I look for safe, clean, and affordable VRBO homes to stay in.
My family and I really had a great time. There are four large screen plasma screens. Wow! Each bedroom had their own TV and remote. The boys liked that.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Thank you. I slept so well.
The home has so much space!
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is very clean and stylish. I felt right at home.
The owner provided so much food: milk, eggs, bread, coffees, teas, snacks. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments, plus fruit cups for the kids, and yogurts. Wow.
I did do my own shopping, too, and we cooked all the meals there. We had everything we needed.
It was snowing; I was grateful for the little garage we had.
Thank you again.
I highly recommend the home and when I return to Utah, I will look for their listing.

This was an excellent vrbo - very clean, organized and in a great, quiet location! The stocked pantry and fridge was a wonderful benefit for breakfast and snacks. You can occasionally hear footsteps from the upstairs, but it is minimal compared to the nice, comfortable king beds, clean, updated bathrooms, full stocked kitchen, open living space, and laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot in South Jordan. Highly recommend staying here! We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

This place is beautiful, clean and well kept. The amenities are varied and plentiful. A lot of care went into providing them. This place is close to my aunt's house so the location was perfect. We are planning on staying there again.

This is a beautiful property in a great, quiet neighborhood. We had a slight issue with the access code, and although we were checking in very late at night (midnight), Ronald was responsive and communicative and we were able to easily check in after that. The rooms and beds were all very comfortable. And, as most other reviews mentioned, the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the basics and more, including breakfast items, pantry staples, water bottles and snacks. It really helped out especially when traveling with small children. It is a basement apartment, so you can hear walking upstairs, but it wasn’t too bothersome. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it!

What a great place! Location was awesome, beds comfy, and place was very cozy. We came to SLC for a funeral with little kids. They filled the kitchen with fresh milk, eggs, bread, snacks,etc which made it so easy for us with tiny people. For it being a difficult time, this place was a nice place to relax and feel like home away from home. Thank you!!

One of the best, if not the best rental we have stayed in. Great accommodations that included them stocking the pantry and frig. We needed to add nights as we went and the process was smooth. Will definitely be our first option next time we are in area for work.

This rental was more than we expected. Checking in was easy. The whole apartment was immaculate. All the appliances were new, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchens well stocked. The icing on the cake? There were breakfast items and snacks already in the fridge and pantry. For a family getting in as late as we did that was the nicest thing to see when we got there. Restaurants and shopping are all close by, too. We would stay here again!

This basement apartment was great! Good location.
The pantry and fridge was stocked with some snacks, breakfast items, milk, etc which was amazing! It was perfect for grabbing a quick bite before our boys 7am tournament games. You can hear some footsteps from upstairs but it did not bother us. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

This property was amazing. Easy check in and very clean. Stocked with easy go-tos, like water and eggs, which was nice because we got in late. We did hear noise from upstairs but nothing disruptive. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Super close to Walmart, Target and fast food. About 20 mins from Salt Lake City. Would easily stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time here! The owners thought of everything we could possibly need. It felt like we staying in our own home! The pantry and fridge had lots of basic food items and lots of breakfast/snack items. Make sure to check it out before you go to the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. New or close to new construction, kitchen stocked extremely clean and comfortab.
No problems here. We rented in December but our event got canceled the day before the trip not leaving time to reschedule the property. I wish that could have been worked out, nobody's fault but it would have been nice. I fully recommend this rental.

It didn’t bother us at all, but I could see it bothering some renters. If that’s not you, this is one of the best rentals out there. We will definitely book here for our next SLC family get together.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Lots of extras, breakfast food variety was plentiful! Snacks galore, juice and milk, plus coffees and teas. The extra mile was not missed at all.

We stayed here for a couple weeks while working remotely and skiing. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful, the neighborhood is awesome, and our hosts were super helpful when we had some questions. And, to top it off, the fridge and pantry came fully stocked with breakfast food!
We're probably going to try to stay here next year as well.
