Located in Branson, this welcoming condo lets you experience it all. Highway 76 Strip is an easy 5-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers secured onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 4-minute drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction.
After you return, unwind on the furnished balcony and enjoy the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.
As you settle into the place, you'll find a sitting area, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. The room was clean and nice but the walls are paper thin. We could hear every person around us. The bedroom is placed by the walkeay, so you could hear every suitcase rolling by. Not a great idea. Bed was hard as a rock and mattress was wrapped in a plastic cover, so you heard that every time you moved.

Place is older but quiet. Clean needs updated. Kitchen needs storage containers with lids for leftovers for when you cook. Needs updated mattress and needed curtains or blinds on the door going out to the balcony.

This planned stay was supposed to be for our daughters 15th year birthday celebration getaway and it started good until we found out after checking in that the fireplaces advertised for all of the units are “permanently non operational”. We expected a nice cozy fireplace to snuggle for this Fall season that just kicked off but that wish was a disappointment. That was our daughter’s birthday wish. The front staff mentioned that the fireplaces were gas at check in after I asked if they were wood or gas. After moving in the unit late day after a long drive we tried kicking on the fireplace and that’s when we realized that the gas was cut off and capped so I called front desk and she said that she would call maintenance and call me back. She called me back and said that the fireplaces were nonfunctional. After that I was upset and asked why would they check us in and tell us otherwise. I asked to speak with the manager and they said that they would leave a message and get back to me tomorrow morning. Manager calls and tells me that the fireplaces are nonfunctional and they are sorry for miscommunication. I told the manager that we were not very happy with the false advertisement business that was dealt and that we expect at least a discounted rate for the stay and she said that she was going to call back and the manager never called back. Hotels.com was no help, I had to do all of the communications with the hotel resort as the rep said that “they were not hear to help further”.

I wasn't aware prior to booking the trip that check in was not onsite. It was rather ridiculous to check in and then drive 8 minutes away to the actual place where you are staying. Another thing was it was 8pm or so so it was dark out but nothing was well lite along the drive. Some lights were burnt out but even where there was lighting it was not enough. Didn't feel safe just because of the darkness. The condo was really clean and nice! The bed was super comfortable

I was very unhappy that I booked a ground floor room as I had back surgery and knee surgery vertigo and can't do the stairs etc. when I got there I was put on the 4th floor which was very difficult for me.. I was also put in the nice building then got moved to the other building which needed repair. Wanted to love this place.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and it was amazing. The room was so clean and cozy. The front desk made sure we had everything we needed. We loved having the dining table and kitchen! We will be booking here again!

We ordered, paid for, received confirmation, for king size bed, and got a queen. We killed two roaches and a different kind of bug on day one. We killed another roach on day two. The door key panel fell off when we tried to use our key card the first time. The back porch had bird poop on the chairs and needed swept and had cobwebs. Had to go outside to get connected to Wi-Fi.

We liked the spaciousness of the condo. It had everything we needed, and was comfortable and quiet. Loved the view of the trees from the balcony. The condo was in good shape, but the furnishings could do with an upgrade; some of the furniture was pretty shabby. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.

It could use something for sound absorption like throw rugs or curtains. We could hear noise around us and it wasn’t very busy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, adequate tools and cookware in the kitchen, and plenty of parking. Nice views and peaceful location. All in all the staff was very pleasant and we would stay here again.

Our stay was good. Quiet and nice. Only thing need to have a tv channel guide that shows what channels you get. The fireplace is another one no instructions on how to use it. That's on of the reasons I choose Great Rock.

Price was good. Property itself seems to lack proper maintenance. TVs were changed while ther with no instructions on how to make them work. They did not.
