The Mas "Les Délices" is nestled in a quiet area close to the old port and the beaches.
This typical Provençal house has a lot of charm with its neat decoration found for years in bric-a-brac shop, and flea markets.
It offers large volumes to accommodate families, up to 9 people.
Are you coming to work? We are used to receiving the companies and crews of the shipyard (17 minutes on foot).
Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, two parking spaces and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
A deposit of 1000€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks in block on account, released on your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and then refunded at the exit.
Located on the edge of the old town, the house offers you 2 parking spaces allowing you to experience La Ciotat on foot. The heart of the old town and the old port is about 750 m away, the Capucins beach 850 m away, the calanques of Mugel and Figuerolles 2 km away.
The house is in a cul-de-sac that cuts you off from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers you a soothing, green setting.
The garden will appeal to young and old alike. Children will be able to run, play, hide, ... Adults will enjoy a moment of idleness in the shade of the vegetation or share barbecues to the rhythm of the song of the cicadas.
The key word of this house is conviviality with its warm family home atmosphere.
The ground floor offers two large spaces that are particularly pleasant to live in.
The living space, bathed in light with its living room with a generous surface area and its glass roof.
The equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking dishes for your loved ones. The separate dining area also opens directly onto the garden with its bay window.
Next to the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
In a separate wing, the sleeping area offers a beautiful bedroom with a zenithal ceiling under the roof. It is equipped with two single beds (90x200) that can be grouped together on request. In this space there is also an office area, a bathroom equipped with a separate toilet.
Upstairs is a bathroom with toilet and a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms.
The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190) opening onto a terrace.
The second, with a direct view of the garden, is equipped with two single beds (90x200) that can be grouped together on request.
The third, also offers a view of the garden and is divided into 2 spaces separated by a partition without a door. One with a double bed (160x200) and the other with a single bed (90x200).
You have wardrobes for all sleeping areas and the bedding is of high quality.

The house is located near the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly explored along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
