A bit small but knowing Tokyo’s standard rooms… thats okay

Convenient location: the hotel is a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho JR station and on the Hanzomon metro line which made it convenient to get to most major sights in the city. Sumida City is a calmer ward, a bit less touristy, but it suited our preferences. It's about a 20 or 30-minute walk to the Skytree and probably a 40 minute walk to Taito City ward where the Senso-ji temple is. Kappo Kinari is a hidden gem sushi restaurant super accommodating and hospitable to tourists. But beware, as this is a less touristy area overall, some sushi restaurants are not as accessible in that they require that you book ahead or speak Japanese to be able to dine there. There are a couple of shopping malls within walking distance. Lots of other food options, too. Room was tight but was as expected. The room was clean and bed was comfortable and large.

Front desk staff were kind and called restaurants on our behalf to book reservations, although not all were super well-versed in English, so asking for directions and other help was a bit tricky on a couple of occasions.

I loved the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place

I did not enjoy how the laundry facilities had only two washer and dryer, we had to find a laundry mat to do our washing as the hotel facility was always busy and not available for us to use.

I stayed here for one week. It is a very clean room, with wonderful and polite staff, in a vibrant area of Kinshicho. I had a wonderful experience.

My standard room was very small as I had expected. Everything worked well, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job int cleaning.

Very clean, friendly staffs and good location. Short walk to train station, and plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

Its quite small, so it was a hassle when we were packing/unpacking our luggages.

Size of room was small so we asked for a bigger room as we were staying 7 nights. A little far from centre of Tokyo but train and bus station very close and Airport bus very near. The breakfast was ok.

Kinshicho is always proper area to stay in Tokyo, close to everything and not being too crowded in such a big city. Clean and everything is great. Love the staff being so friendly! Decent breakfast.

Being the fact of visiting Tokyo every year, it’s not first day to know the room dimension is small, with 2 ppl in one room barely have no space, next time will order each a room :))

good location , very clean

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Gen Gama San. He personally led us to the train station that goes to the airport very that morning at 6.30am on his night shift. Gama San even prepared a file containing print out map guides to make sure we’re on the right train and on time for our flight departure.

The rooms are very tight and we hardly have space for our luggages. There’s no drinking water in the rooms.
