It was very easy to take a bus to the city centre. The camping area was mostly nice and clean.

The rooms had a lot of things missing, like chairs and kitchen inventory. The second service house was in bad condition and pretty dirty, and then they cleaned it in the morning and we weren't allowed to use it (right after waking up). The automatic lock didn't work, so we had to get a physical key.

Siisti ja rauhallinen leirintäalue, tarpeeksi suihkuja ja vessoja, lukolliset suihkuhuoneet, mökki oli tilava ja hyvin varusteltu. Lähellä uimaranta. Alueella ruokakauppa.

Liian iso alue, kallis paikka, suihku-wc-tilat olivat todella kuumat ja kosteat, check in -ohjeet ja mobiiliavaomet tulivat puhelimeen, mutta eivät toimineet, mökkiä ei löytynyt helposti alueelta, kartassa oli kaksi mökkiä samalla numerolla (44) ja aivan eri puolilla suurta leirintäaluetta. Vastaanotosta saadut avainkortit eivät toimineet mökin avaamiseen. Tämän jälkeen vastaanotosta neuvottiin noutamaan perinteinen avain oveen. Olisi jo tässä vaiheessa toivonut, että avain tuodaan mökille, joka oli kaukana vastaanotosta. Aikaa tuhraantui tähän etsimiseen, karttavirheeseen ja sisäänkirjautumisiin ja toimimattomiin avaimiin melkein tunti, minkä vuoksi emme ehtineet illan menoihimme. Mobiilikirjatuminen ja -avaimet piti olla helppo tapa kirjautua myös aukioloaikojen ulkopuolella, mutta ulos olisi jääty. Mökkiin oli liian jyrkkä porrasaskelma, kaide olisi ollut tarpeen.

Moderne Hütte, gut augestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler), Hütte ohne Bad und Toilette. Man kann aber die wirklich ausgezeichneten Sanitäreinrichtungen des Campingplatzes benutzen. Checkin und checkout ging sehr zügig (Mitte September, der Platz war nur noch spärlich belegt). Sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Grün, nachts sehr ruhig.

Der Geschirrspüler war noch nicht ausgeräumt, der Boden in einem Schlafzimmer war klebrig. Es gibt im Hauptraum keine blickdichten Vorhänge, das war abends schon ungewohnt. Leider nur zwei (sehr schmale !) Stockbetten. Relativ weiter Weg zu den Sanitäranlagen. Tip: Sollte man am nächsten Tag früh zum Flughafen müssen, ist mit starkem Verkehr in dem Wohnviertel zu rechnen, an dem der Campinplatz liegt.

Inexpensive place to stay from city noise, there is kiwi grocery store nearby, parking available near cabins, staff is kind and helpful. Lots of activities for kids as well +

Not a big deal but since there is no toilets in cabins you have to walk few hundred meters to shared facilities everytime there is need. Also poor wifi quality wasn't even able to connect.

Perfect little campsite. Has amazing walking paths nearby and only 20 mins from Olso central! Would highly recommend.

This is completely unacceptable in terms of the hotel's rating. Firstly, I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM and informed the reception that I would be late. They assured me that it was not a problem and that they would send me the safe code so I could retrieve my key. However, upon my arrival, the reception was closed, and I did not receive any code. I had to wait until the next morning when the reception opened. They apologized and provided me with my room key, Room 31. But when I entered the room, I was surprised to find another family occupying it. I was then given a waiting cabin until the family left the room. However, the waiting cabin, Room 19, was dirty and hadn't been cleaned after the previous occupant. It did not meet the expected standards. I was only given the room once it was cleaned. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the hotel. It appears there is a management issue in terms of reception and room allocation. This kind of mistake is completely unacceptable and needs to be taken seriously. I apologize for the inconvenience you faced in the dirty waiting cabin and the fact that your assigned room was occupied by another family. Such actions are unacceptable and should be better organized. The hotel should take responsibility for this and provide some form of compensation for the bad experience. I also recommend improving communication and organization processes to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I hope that the issue will be addressed seriously and appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that these negative experiences are not repeated.
