Ho telefonato 5 volte dopo che mi hanno dato conferma della prenotazione e nessuno mi ha risposto. Vabbè sono andato lo stesso. Quando sono arrivato non c'era nessuno e sono rimasto chiuso fuori a mezzanotte. Menomale che ho trovato posto in un altro hotel vicino.

Non posso recensire in maniera positiva poiché non ho mai pernottato in struttura. Dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione, arrivata l'email di avvenuta conferma, chiamo in struttura per comunicare il mio arrivo e mi si dice che la struttura è chiusa e che avrei dovuto attendere email da parte della struttura stessa, cosa che non ho dovuto attendere per la struttura che abbiamo prenotato successivamente.

LVResidence Roccellata is exactly as others have written: very simple, very clean and very affordable! We had a bit of trouble walking to dinner - most of the restaurants we were looking for were closed - until we figured out that there was a very festive pizza and seafood restaurant right on the beach, only a couple blocks from the hotel.

the info about the distance fr the town catanzano lido was absolute wrong instead of 800 metres from the centre it was2 km most difficult walk along a main road, bridges, without a footpath . just v misleading info about the location.

The owner/ manager never showed up! We had to look for an another!☹️We stayed at the hotel Niagara in Catazaro at a much superior cost!

Amazing place. Very quiet. Guaranteed to have a great sleep. We left the shutters shut so the room was pitch black and we sleep right to morning.
A coffee machine on the premises so we could have a coffee before heading out.

Antonnella was very nice and welcoming ! The residence is very close to the beach and to a very good pizzeria.
Is is better to come by car, the road to access the residence is not very praticable walking.

I booked the room here because the information stated that the room has WiFi, it was broken. Apparently someone already criticized in August 2021 that it was not working, so they don't have It.
The nights were hot because the air conditioning was not on.

Clean and spacious rooms. Motorbikes parked securely in yard behind gate.
Receptionist said that she had my contact number wrong, and could not reach me about checkin time. We had to wait till 7pm to accept us. Having asked why I have not been messaged through Booking.com, the receptionist rude attitude was unacceptable.

Told the hotel just got engaged they didn't take into consideration at all. Had to pay by cash but was not stated in the payment that , that was the only option. There was no WiFi available even though there's a big poster outside the building offering WiFi, no phone reception either. The room smelled super bad and the lady stated it was cleaning products but it didn't smell of that. There was rust all over the shower. The bed was super uncomfortable.
