I stayed here because everywhere else was either Sold Out or not available due to the cleanup still ongoing from Hurricane Melton. The place was only ten months old. I had the following issues. I stayed on the east side of the building. There was no dark shade to pull down at night so the sun would be shining in your room in the morning. You wouldn't be able to sleep in even if you wanted to. The parking lights at night were so bright, you didn't even need a night light to find your way in the dark. There was one in the bathroom.The room was not sound proof. In the morning and a night you could hear the aircraft flying over or near the building. This was a design flaw that should have been addressed when the building was going up knowing how close this place was to the airport. There was no light under the stove top to see what you were cooking. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The bathroom had a cheap plastic toilet seat that was not tightened down. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The standup refrigerator had ice buildup in the fridge section. Turned the control knob down which seemed to take care of the issue. There was no pool here. Otherwise, it was a good value deal for the money. You would be able to eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and save and stretch your money during your stay.

I had a double bed room and the room was amazing. So much space , cleanliness was perfect, had a full size refrigerator and a stove top and microwave, the beds was extremely soft. Overall we were very happy and will book here again.

Told not able to do that. Not acknowledged when walking up to counter to purchase bottle of water twice. Back door by elevator was partially open. Should be kept shut and only access w room key for security purposes. No light bulb in socket under air vent on stove. Only styrofoam cups in room. Having stovetop with no pots to use it. No ice buckets. Had to get plastic bag at front desk to get ice.

we were displaced by a hurricane. we traveled an hour to get there. Five minutes before arrival they notified us they cancelled our reservations. Bereft and out of options we stayed. in our car. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

This is a newly built hotel, so everything was new and clean.

I stayed here the week previously and had no issues. Only a handful of the rooms are open and not all amenities are in rooms. Not even a trash can. I drove 8 hrs to the hotel to get there and be told Sonny cancelled my room. The room was already paid and no communication given except at 1 am that they didn’t have a room. No other rooms in Tampa available at 1am. I’ll never stay here or any of my employees who were booked there.
