With Southsea's picturesque seafront promenade only a 10 minute walk away, enjoy stunning views of the Solent, leisurely strolls or bike rides. The town boasts a rich history reflected in its Victorian architecture and attractions such as The Historic Dock Yards, Southsea Castle and the D-Day Museum provide fascinating insights into the area's past.
Step into the hallway and be greeted by a groundfloor bedroom on your left, featuring a luxurious double bed, an ensuite showerroom, and has direct access to both a patio and the sprawling communal gardens. At the end of the hallway awaits a convenient utility room equipped with a washer and dryer, offering serene garden views.
Ascend the stairs to the next level and discover a vibrant sitting room boasting ample seating and an 85" TV, complemented by a charming small balcony. Just beside it lies a welcoming dining space, ideal for sharing a family meal, seamlessly connected to a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is great for hosting with two ovens, an electric hob, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
Continue upwards to the second floor where on the right, indulge in the master bedroom featuring an ensuite showerroom, a plush king-size bed paired with a chaise longue, built in wardrobes, and a charming small balcony. Adjacent is another inviting bedroom with a king-size bed, with built in wardrobes complete with its own TV and picturesque garden views. There is also a cosy single bedroom on this floor. Finally, the family bathroom on this level offers a shower over bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.
The communal garden provides an ideal setting for relaxing in the sun, perfect for a morning coffee or sundowner.
Convenient parking for two cars is available at the front of the home. You will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-op is 500 metres away.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Additional street parking available on street parking machines. The nearest bus stop is 100 metres away, although the home is located within walking distance of the attractions nearby.
