Also downstairs is the bathroom, under stairs laundry nook, sleep out with sofa bed, plus the lock up garage at the rear (with internal access).

The master bedroom is located upstairs featuring a private balcony and water views, large built-in wardrobes and access to the main bathroom. The upstairs bathroom also has a large bath plus shower as well as two-way access. The second bedroom also has large built-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
