Reviewer Comments:
Great rental. We've rented this unit several times and always had a wonderful experience. The only complaint we had this time are that the beds really need to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable. Also the bathrooms need some upgrade/attention. Really starting to show their age. Overall though we were extremely happy with our stay.

Great home, my family loved it! No issues. Quiet neighborhood, nice little pool, is quite a walk away from the beach as described, but such a nice home!

The grass was taller than 6 inches by the pool. Nobody ever came to cut it. The house had long black hairs everywhere. The floors, walls, and stairs were dirty. Most of the showers had low pressure.

Reviewer Comments:
Let me start by saying I’m not one to complain but this house could use a good cleaning and some freshly painted walls . And an exterminator I I can deal with the palmetto bugs but when I see an actual cockroach that’s another thing . This house has inside and outside . Pool was nice and clean house is very roomy . And reimbursement for golf cart all a plus minus the bugs .

Reviewer Comments:
We made a reservation last winter for a house one row from the beach for our trip this summer. After confirmation, we booked flights and made plans with the family. A few months before the trip, Garden City Realty informed us that house was no longer available and they could either refund our money or gave us two other house to choose from. One was two small so we picked Z’s retreat. This house is about 3/4 mile from the beach, not ideal with small children. The house was OK and had everything we needed. It could really use some cleaning and care. Dead roaches on the floor every other day was not appealing. The 12” high grass that was cut while we were there with a lot of it being blown into the pool was also not the best experience. We would not stay there again. In addition, Garden City Beach has a new rule of no sun shelters on the beach except umbrellas. Since we can’t transport a beach umbrella on an airplane we are thinking, we may have to find a different family vacation spot next year.

Nice property with private pool & golf cart allowance. Mattresses definitely need upgrades. Never rented a home that didn’t have some spices, salt & pepper or at least coffee filters.

Our company rented this property for a week and we were without hot water for 6 of those days, the unit was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival, several bugs were found throughout the home and one of the bathtubs failed to drain properly.
