*Surf Master 908 was our top-rented three-bedroom unit in Surf Master for the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 rental seasons(six years and counting). It is an excellent condo with some of the best "corner views" in the entire building. Don't hesitate to book today!*

Surf Master by the Sea 908 is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped and updated kitchen complete with granite counters, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a furnished oceanfront balcony, LVT flooring, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Other amenities include four color TVs (cable) – 46-inch in living room - DVD player and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include two king (master bedroom and bedroom two), two double-sized beds (third bedroom). Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one space; two and three bedroom units are assigned two spaces(No additional passes will be given). Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the south building. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 8

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perhaps the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It had a lot of kitchen equipment. The deck was great, but could have used a small side table for drinks and snacks. The walk-in shower was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, very clean. Ad for condo says 4 color tv's hooked to cable. But one in 2 bed room is not hooked to cable and can't be used. Management company says the HOA dues does not include 4 tv's for 908 at Surfmaster. Disappointed in this. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby cut our vacation short.

I hadn’t seen them for about 5years, so I was in another world!! This was our 1st year at Surf Master 908. Everything was great. We had one issue with one bathroom, but received an immediate response after reporting.Would highly recommend booking thru Garden City Realty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year and there were no surprises or changes in our condo from the prior year. The only thing I would mention is that the renewal process including the notice of the rent increase for 2025 was very poorly communicated. The base rent quoted in the increase excluding certain charges for linen and cleaning which were included in the rent for 2024. So when receiving our contract after renewing we were surprised by an additional $400 or so of increased costs. Obviously the approach should be total cost to total cost of the prior year for transparency.
