House is located within 3 minutes of I-640 and I-275. You can be in downtown Knoxville within 7-8 minutes. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are about 45 minutes away.

Please note that after September 26th, this property will be a duplex. You will not share any spaces with the other guests. Please reach out if you have any specific questions.

The house has a keypad lock that does allow increased flexibility with check in.

Parking: The home has one driveway that will allow about three cars to park comfortably. Street parking might give you one-two more spots.
