Welcome to 4th Quarter Retreat!
The Location:
4th Quarter Retreat is a true urban oasis in the heart of Historic Tuscaloosa and just 0.6 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium! Walking from this property is a breeze! Enjoy views of the idyllic Historic Downtown Tuscaloosa while taking in the game-day campus atmosphere! Enjoy a formal living room, dining room, and a cozy sitting room with a "cloud couch" that you can just sink into and watch some sports, or a movie on Netflix while utilizing the smart TVs.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
4th Quarter retreat is a sprawling 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house that can sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom downstairs has a King. The second downstairs bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The 3rd bedroom has a King sized bed and the 4th bedroom has a Queen sized bed.
Bedroom 1 - Downstairs: King with private bath
Bedroom 2 - Downstairs: Queen (this bedroom is the only room that has a bathroom that is hallway access only)
Bedroom 3 - Upstairs: King with private bath
Bedroom 4 - Upstairs: Queen with private bath
The Backyard:
This is a pet friendly home with a fenced in yard. Enjoy tailgating out back! Currently, the detached garage is not available for use and no access is allowed.
The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.
Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*Currently, the detached garage is not available for use and no access is allowed.*
