Master Bedroom: King memory foam mattress; closet for storage.

FOUR Smart TVs in the living area are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services. Smart TV in dining area and projector screen in basement for gaming!
Basement game room includes full size ping pong table, 4 gaming chairs, projector screen and Nintendo 64 console.
Full bathroom has bathtub/shower. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towelettes are available along with a hair dryer.
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen! The dining area can seat 8, and exterior dining area can seat 6.
A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig 12 cup coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests will have access to the entire home, 2 stall garage and exterior space. Guests do not have access to any locked closets.
We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging, and a phone number is provided after booking for emergencies! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
The grill is located on the back deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
