The space
Entrance: As you enter, you’ll immediately notice the spacious living area, featuring a versatile 3-way table that transforms between a ping pong table, a billiards table, and a regular dining table.

Living Room: The comfortable family room is equipped with a large 60" TV and ample seating, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together.

Dining: Our dining room boasts a large table that comfortably seats 12 guests. Additionally, the 3-way table offers extra seating options when needed.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a peninsula seating area, electric stove, island range hood, farmhouse sink with filtered drinking water, dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, electric blender, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, and moka pot.

Sunroom: The cozy sunroom features a small pullout couch, a fan, and a charming library.

Movie Room/Arcade: The movie room is outfitted with 8 electric recliner chairs and an 86" TV. For entertainment, there is an arcade system with two Simpson games accommodating up to 4 players.

Bedrooms (4): Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed topped with a mattress topper for added comfort, a desk with lighting for work, a 55" TV, and spacious closets. The only exception is the smaller room with a bunk bed, which does not include a desk.

Outdoor Area: Enjoy the heated 30-ft long pool with a depth of up to 8 ft. The outdoor space includes 4 lounge chairs with 2 umbrellas, a BBQ area featuring a mini fridge, fun lighting, Bluetooth speakers, an umbrella, and 4 barstools. Additional amenities include an outdoor sink, a trash can, an outdoor shower, and a built-in stone seating area. Lastly, there is also a paddle/pickleball court, a small gazebo and a swing set.


The Shed: Here you will find most of the beach accessories, with additional sports equipment like a paddles, mini soccer goals, and various sports accessories.

Guest access:
The entire property is for the guests to use with the exception of the laundry room closet which is our house keeping closet.

Other things to note:
Our home includes brand new impact windows and doors, brand new roof, water heater, electric panel, and plumbing for the best experience.
