Perfect location with a scenic view from Balcony. Enjoyed mornings on the balcony. Just a short distance to main activities in Branson. Would stay here again . Did not utilize kitchen since we ate out, but kitchen is sufficient for cooking meals for those who desire. Plenty of room for families to spread out. Bed was comfy.

The condo was great. The view of the lake every morning with coffee was great. This was the best stocked condo I have stayed in. They have everything you would need for your stay. Located, not far from shows, restaurants and other attractions. Definitely book this condo.

We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean, convenient location, beautiful view - this was a great condo and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We enjoyed the property and the location was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful property, but the decks and the main bathroom were dirty and we had to cleaned by us to be free of human hair and excessive spiders and spider webs. The two recliners in the living room were dirty and smelly. There was other evidence of no cleaning or poor cleaning under the beds and recliners.Other than those issues, we enjoyed our the stay.

The place was great. Amazing views and a short walk to the marina. We went for a weekend get away to fish and relax and couldn’t think of a better place. We will definitely return.

Beautiful and quiet setting on the water with a large deck, half of it is covered. Both the living room and master BR enter onto the deck. Vaulted ceiling in MB is nice. Living room TV is very small and chairs could have been nicer. Bathrooms are updated and the floorings new. kitchen is very small but adequately stocked.

Condo was filthy on inside. Will not recommend this condo to friends.

I seriously loved the location of this condo. It's really in the perfect spot that's not too far away from everything Branson has to offer. It's also on the water that happens to be full of world class trout! I forgoty pole and was super bummed lol there were many boats out fishing and it was a super peaceful to sit out on the deck and watch them fish. The condo itself is updated and is pretty nice! With 3 teens sons, 2 adults and a kindergartener, this space was probably not the best choice, as I under estimated the sleeping arrangement for us all. I'm a dude.., what can I say 😬 but we actually brought one of our air mattress systems along and it ended up working out comfortably. There are a couple super minor things I would recommend the owners to consider addressing. The first is the front door lock system. The batteries are low so it wouldn't lock every time we pressed the lock button when leaving. I had to push it a few times before it would finally lock. Next is that door itself. It doesn't latch securely. It's very loose in the strike plate of the jamb. Which concerned me as I brought along a rather expensive guitar with me and left it in the condo while we toured the cities attractions. Other than that, the place is great. We would love to stay here again next time!

First, the good. The view of the river was wonderful, Communication with the host was good. "Cute" decorations (according to my wife). Now, the not so good. Even though the bed was made when we arrived, we found bread crumbs in the sheets, which indicated that the sheets hadn't been washed before our visit. This was particularly gross since we didn't take the bedding apart until after we had slept in it to find out what was going on. The table in the kitchen was also sticky and it attracted sugar ants which we were killing all week. Also, the TV in the bedroom didn't work. There is no TV service. You need to access your own streaming service through the provided smart TV apps. For some, this wont be an issue. But the other things definitely should be an issue. Finally, even though I told the host that we would be bringing our dog in advance, when we did, the host expressed surprise. We paid the pet fee without question, but wondered why this was even an issue.

Looks like older upgraded old condo unit. Bring your own TP. All they have is RV toilet paper. Toilets do not flush with #2 and a little rocky. Used picture of water to get it to flush down. Beautiful view of Lake Tanycomo. Found the place not that clean. At least not as clean as our home. Floors sticky with crums and black stuff along base boards. Dust everywhere Shower curtains nasty. Windows we thought were filty but turned out the air seal on the insulated glass was causing them to fog up. Thermostat is problemaic. Kept reverting back to a pre-existing program leaving us freezing in the morning. Coffee maker is krupps and makes good coffee if you can convince it to work. We got our own. Lock on front door does not seem very secure but seems like a safe area. We made it work but probably will not stay again. Cob webs on the ceiling above the bed freaked my wife out.

Just as advertised. Would stay here again!

Pet friendly! Host kept in touch. Not far from the strip. The nearby Mexican restaurant is very good!! And also has a gas station pantry close by. All convenient!

We had a great stay at this cute little condo. Not far from all the things to do in Branson. Will definitely stay again in the near future!

Overall, we had an excellent experience with our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The place was very similar to the online pictures. It was close to the Branson strip while at the same time being kind of secluded and it had a beautiful view! It was much better than trying to fit all of us into a hotel room or two. Definitely recommend.

Great view for a great price.

We came to Branson to see the Christmas lights and some Christmas shows. This place is eeally nice. It is close to everything and has a great back deck area overlooking lake Taneycomo we will definitely book this place again!!!!!!!

When we arrived at the 3:00 pm check in time, the condo had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. We contacted the host and at first the male hosts stated that this sometimes happens, and that he would contact their cleaning lady and she would be right there and we could occupy it in about an hour. We called the female host and shared that we had traveled for several hours to get there, and had plans for dinner and a show, after we arrived and got cleaned up. Now since it was going to take longer than one hour to clean the place, those plans were off. She offered a full refund. We accepted the full refund and booked our stay at a hotel on the strip. The female host did follow up with us to make sure the refund was received. It was unfortunate, but we didn't let it ruin our entire weekend. Even though a room booked at last minute was more costly.

Very clean and beautiful view of water. Beds were very comfortable. We like to play Mexican Train but table was to small (narrow) but we figured out another plan for that. But over all I would stay again.

Nice place to stay while in Branson!

The view from the back patio was perfect! Exactly what we wanted. We wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of town. But not to far out to be able to go to attractions. It was quiet and just perfect! Will definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back to Branson!

Quiet location plenty of room for 4 adults! Great outdoor spaces overlooking water!! 10 min from the strip in Brandson!!

The promise was super easy. This condo is in 5he perfect location. You are in the mountains on the lake with a view while just 5 minutes from the strip.

Condo is updated and appears to have a few minor projects underway. The guest bedroom didn't have a dresser yet but the owners seem to be adding the last few touches there. Everything is new and decorated nicely. We had a very pleasant stay and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful view of Lake. Really clean condo. Loved everything about it.

Made me feel like I was at home. Loved the balcony. Most relaxing vacation we had. Will be coming back there.
