Mere steps away from Solihull town centre, you will have access to variety of charming coffee houses and upscale boutiques. These luxury homes have been meticulously crafted to an unparalleled standard, offering our guests the opportunity to savour a hotel-like experience while relishing in the cosy comforts of a home away from home.

Broadoaks apartments are equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a state-of-the-art 42-inch smart TV, high-speed WiFi, all essential kitchen appliances, and amenities. Additionally, the property includes a designated parking space, making life a breeze for residents, especially after a busy day of shopping or working in the office. Whether you're indulging in a cosy Netflix binge on our plush sofa or entertaining friends in the sociable open-plan living area, this inviting space serves as the perfect retreat to relax, socialize, and find inspiration.
Guest Access:
You will receive check-in information 24 hours prior to check-in. It is a self-check in procedure and access is via lockbox. The latest time you will receive support for check in is 9pm on the day or arrival, instructions and information will not be sent out after this time if the requested forms/payment have not been completed.

Broadoaks is located in the heart of Solihull and a stone’s throw from the Touchwood Shopping Centre for all your retail and culinary needs. You’ll find the train station is a 8-minute walk. Enjoy a show or attend a conference at The NEC, only 15 minutes, by car and if you’re after serene surroundings the we suggest a day trip to Malvern and Brueton Park. Just over a mile away, it benefits from a conservation area with tennis courts , a lake, and a playground, so there’s plenty to enjoy with family & friends.
Getting Around:
The development is a 1 minute walk to Solihull Station where you can get a train into Birmingham City Centre within 10 minutes or a train to London in 1 Hour and 30 minutes. Solihull Town is a short 10 minute walk. Due to the location and the parking on site you have array of options to get to any of your destinations
