The room had a very chemical smell to it which the operators claim was from the cleaning of the sheets (it wasn’t)
The heating did not work in one room and was on a 2 hour timer in the other rooms which when asked about we were told you need to keep switching on; including in the night - yes you are expected to wake up every 2 hours to reset the heating to keep the rooms warm in Dunedin in the middle of winter.
Clearly they have no real respect for guests and I would never recommend this property to others and will not be staying again

One of the best holiday parks i have been to. Hot water is not metered or coin operated. Our tv room was small and comfortable with sleeping for 5. I was amazed such a small room could hold 5 comfortably but it does. And the room designs are cool. Only thing i would have liked was security stay on the bottom window so we could open at night for fresh air circulation. The top open window is not enough when 4 people breathing in and out all night. But as far as holiday parks go this was great and so close to the beach. Also we paid for 3 sets of linen but only got two...but we did not follow up...And i need a copy of my invoice please Expedia.
