- Street parking is free but every Monday morning no street parking (street sweeping Monday 7am-11am). That's why we offer our driveway parking only for Sunday 9pm to next day 6pm so you can avoid tickets. If you stay on Sunday, please make sure to move your car to the driveway spot after 9pm on Sunday, and move back to the street the following Monday before 6pm.
- This unit is a guest suite attached to the main house with a private entrance at the back of the house. You will need to go around the house to the back to enter
- No cable and streaming devices or account available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.
- Just a reminder that there is no dishwasher available.
- For week long stay, we only provide initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. (We do not provide detergent for washer.) Guest need to be responsible for their own supplies after initial set is depleted
- Kindly respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
