The property offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, separate dining room and a charming garden. It is conveniently located a short drive away from both Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach, providing easy access for enjoyable beach days.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
The first floor of this property boasts three bedrooms, a spacious Master Bedroom with a King Size bed, a second Double Bedroom with a King Size bed and a Twin Bedroom with Bunk Beds.
The tastefully furnished lounge is equipped with a SMART TV and there is FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from the internet service provider). Leading from the lounge is the dining room with patio doors to the garden.
The separate, modern kitchen includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE.
The house has a modern shower room and toilet. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor.
In the garden you will find a patio, a lawned area and a decked section at the rear furnished with rattan furniture.
