Welcome to our stunning new 1-bedroom annexe- flat . Whether you are coming for business, vacation or family visits this stylish boutique flat is just a 3 mins walk to Ewell East Station, making commuting into Central London convenient. Nonsuch park and the lovely restaurants in Ewell Village are a pleasant short walk away. The famous Epsom Derby is just a 5 minute drive away.
The flat has it's own private entrance. It has a hob, microwave , washing machine, fridge & superfast broadband.
The annexe is a private ground floor flat attached to our home with it's own entrance. Check yourself in easily with a keypad entry on the gate and a key in a keysafe by the flat door.
The annexe is newly renovated to a high standard, and is set out as a one bedroom flat with an open plan kitchen diner, with private entrance to the side of our family home . There is an allocated workspace making this flat super convenient if you are here on business.
The kitchen has an electric hob, microwave , washer dryer, fridge and all the crockery and pots n pans you need to make you feel at home away from home!
The bathroom has a Hansgrohe shower and a bidet toilet. The sofa opens up to a sofa bed, incase you want to sleep separately.
There is on street free parking available all day EXCEPT from 11am-Noon on Modays to Fridays.
Saturday and Sunday parking is completely free.
There are a few free spaces on nearby Arundle road too.
We have styled this beautifully to give you a boutique apartment feel with a homely touch to it !
Guest access:
Access is via a private gate to the right hand side of the property.
Check yourself in with a keypad entry.
A keys-safe is located to the right of the flat entrance, where you will find a key to the flat, for easy check-in/ check-out.
Other things to note:
We request that you respect our privacy and that of our neighbours please.
Not suitable for children .
No pets and No smoking please.
Strictly no parties.
Heating is set to 21 degrees. You can lower the temperatures via radiator valves in the flat.
Hot water is on timer.
The TV operates via an internet connection.
