The Space:
The spacious and bright living room with a large Smart TV opens up to a beautiful screened in patio where guests can enjoy dining al fresco. Whether entertaining or simply relaxing and enjoying the immediacy of calm that surrounds you, guests will surely derive a great deal of enjoyment from this space in particular.

The master bedroom showcases a king bed with a comfy mattress, a private entrance to the patio and a wonderfully renovated en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The home also boasts 2 guest bedrooms, one outfitted with two queen beds with Tuft & Needle mattresses, and one with a bunk bed (T/F) with a twin trundle for a total sleeping capacity of 11 guests. All 3 bedrooms feature Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.. The second bathroom features a bathtub and single vanity.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you will need to cook in and has plenty of storage space throughout. There are two dining tables conveniently located next to the kitchen, making the dining experience easy and pleasant for the whole family. Additionally, this cozy and bright home is stocked with games, books, puzzles, beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, and more!
Pets are allowed with owner/manager approval, if you would like to bring your pet please message us for approval PRIOR to booking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house, the pool and backyard area.

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home on Sanibel Island is located in a private neighborhood steps from the beach, near the Sanibel bike path and a short bike ride to shops and restaurants.

Getting Around:
We recommend car, bikes or golf cart to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to checking in.
Pets are welcome by approval only.

Interaction with Guests:
We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
