Welcome to our cozy 5-bedroom retreat, perfect for families and friends!
Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a 77” HD smart TV with Netflix, and easy access to Chadstone Fashion Capital, Box Hill, Monash and Deakin Universities, The Glen, all just 5-12 minutes away by car or transit. 35 minutes to Melbourne CBD by Train.
Our house is in a quiet neighborhood near Riversdale Golf Club, Bayview Playground and Parks, and bike trails. Our home offers free three car spots on site.
The space
Step inside our bright, spacious single-level home, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and ease. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll find:
• Bedroom 1: A double bed with stylish bedside furniture and lovely street views.
• Bedroom 2: A queen bed, and bedside tables, featuring an ensuite.
• Bedroom 3: A king single bed with a side table and lamp.
• Bedroom 4: A double bed with a bedside table.
• Bedroom 5: A queen bed with a working desk (optional access to the ensuite).
Relax in the Harmony Garden Lounge, a semi-open indoor oasis that brings the outdoors in, creating a serene space for unwinding or casual gatherings.
Queen size Air mattress is available upon request prior to stay.
The front living room is bright and spacious, showcasing a modern, minimalist style. For more laid-back moments, our inner living room offers a cozy setup where you can enjoy the large-screen TV and breathe in the fresh air from the indoor garden.
The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with a brand-new Fisher & Paykel induction cooktop, microwave oven with grill, and everything you need for home-cooked meals.
Our main bathroom features a shower, vanity, and bathtub, while the master ensuite and an additional bathroom (accessible from Bedroom 2 or 5) provide added convenience.
An outdoor, covered BBQ area with a dining table and chairs is available on the porch for al fresco dining.
Parking is easy, with three spaces in the driveway (including a carport), plus ample street parking nearby. The large backyard includes an outdoor clothesline accessible via the rear door.
We’ve provided complimentary coffee and tea to start your stay off right. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get!
Guest access
The entire house is yours to enjoy! You’ll have access through the front door, with keys available in the key safe attached to the front gate.
The key safe code will be provided via Airbnb message before your arrival.
Other things to note
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, with the option for up to 11. We kindly ask you to help us recycle by sorting waste responsibly. A kitchen caddy with a compostable liner is provided under the sink for food scraps—please empty it into the green-lid bin, which the council collects weekly.
Spare toilet paper can be found in the laundry cabinet, but note that it’s not restocked after use.
