Welcome to this coastal contemporary inspired Marco Island home. The spacious open floor plan makes for the perfect retreat. Offering four bedrooms plus a den, sleeps eight very comfortably. Gather with your family in the living room on the large sofa to discuss your plans for the day or end the days with a nice movie. The kitchen is fully stocked with top end stainless steel appliances with white counter tops.
It's a cookers dream with the large island giving you plenty of counter space to enjoy a nice home cooked meal. The King primary room is where you can unwind from the day while still enjoying overlooking the lanai area. His and her closets and sinks and choose between a nice hot shower or soaking up in the stand alone tub. There are three other rooms for your family or guest to choose between. Two of the guest room offers Queen size beds and the fourth having double bunkbeds with a full and twin bed. The den area can be used to get some work done or just used for extra privacy with the pull out sofa. Step outside and enjoy the Florida fresh air. Soak up the sun when lounging in the pool or enjoying a nice refreshing cocktail in the sitting area while watching your favorite sports team or show. The outside TV is a bonus feature to utilize most your time soaking those rays!Located in Old Marco walking distance to the famous Snook Inn. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING OUR SUMMER MONTHS. MAY THROUGH MID-NOVEMBER.Please not the following:1. $500 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit at the time of booking. Residential RulesWe hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that…. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
