Spacious, ground floor, end unit fronts the 1st hole of the Fazio Course. Beautiful sunset views from screened in lanai. 3 Pools. BBQ Grills. Fun Sports Court includes pickle ball, basketball and tennis courts. 5 minute walk to beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with extra sleeping space in the loft. Fully air conditioned home.

Beautiful unit. Awesome location. Spacious ground floor end unit on 1st tee of the Fazio Course with beautiful sunset views and overlooking at Turtle Bay Clubhouse and restaurant/bar. Newly added split AC units in bedrooms (2023), living room and loft, will keep you cool and comfortable in this 2 bedroom with a loft and 2 bathroom unit. HD TV/DVD/CD in master bedroom and living room. Porcelain tile and granite in the master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with updated appliances. Washer & dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Free long distance (US and Canada) I-Pod dock. The main area is tiled, with carpet in the bedrooms and loft only. Furnished lanai, screened-in to enjoy the sunsets. King size bed upstairs in the master bedroom with ensuite. Queen bed in downstairs bedroom. Two twin beds in the loft. Wheelchair accessible with free assigned parking stall in front of the unit. Linen & towels provided, plus starter items including mini (hotel size) shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, toiletries, kitchen supplies & laundry pods.

Kuilima Estates, this condominium project is located at Turtle Bay Resort on the fabled North Shore of Oahu. The property is surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and is the only legally-zoned short-term rental condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. Three secured pool areas boast lounge chairs for tanning, an outdoor shower to clean off sand before entering your condo, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and enjoy the pickle ball, tennis & basketball courts.

PER HAWAII STATE LAW, 18% TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATION TAX is due & payable prior to check-in and is charged in addition to your total due upon booking.

Your departure cleaning fee is based on your length of stay. A form requiring your guest information will be required & your email address will be requested so that the form can be provided to you for completion & return. Prior to your arrival, a map of the property & detailed arrival instructions & access codes are sent to you via email.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT will be accommodated when available. There is a $100 fee for early check-ins and $100 fee for late check-outs until 1:00 pm. Check-outs after 1:00 pm are subject to pay the full nightly rate. Arrangements for early arrivals & late departures are to be scheduled in advance & will be accommodated only when the condo is available. Standard check-in is 4:00 pm & standard check-out is 10:00 am.

HOUSE RULES

Kuilima Estates West is a PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY. Most of the units are used as the owners’ permanent residence. As a guest in our community, please be considerate and follow the House Rules reflected below.

• Excessive noise that disturbs your neighbors will not be tolerated at any time.
• Quiet must prevail from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am without exception.
• Only registered guests are authorized to use the recreational facilities on the property, including the pools.
• Only registered guests may spend the night in the unit. Only one parking space is guaranteed. Vehicles must display a dashboard parking pass or will be towed at renter’s expense. Maximum number of vehicles is two. If you have a second vehicle, you must use a Guest parking space only.
• Nothing shall be hung from any unit’s lanai or railings, such as towels, swimsuits, or similar items.
• Roller blades, roller skates, skateboards, and razor scooters, etc. are not permitted on the property. Bicycles are not permitted on the sidewalks.
• No setup of any kind off the back lanai, facing the golf course. This would include tarps, tents, EZ corners, tables, etc.
• Please do not walk through or take a short cut in the planted areas. Please refrain from picking flowers from shrubs or trees.
• We are not affiliated with Turtle Bay Resort of the Golf Courses. Only registered resort guests have access to resort amenities. Please stay off the golf course cart paths and other areas of the courses. No golf carts are allowed on the property.
• Only Service Animals with documentation are allowed on property.

USE OF POOLS

• Follow all posted rules.
• No lifeguard on duty.
• All persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
• The pools are open from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.
• Pools are not intended for large groups and may not be reserved for private use.
• Maximum pool capacity is 10 persons for entire community (no more than 6 persons per unit).
• The barbeque/lanai area may be secured for a private party of no more than 15 persons for a short time of not more than 3 hours. Arrangements must be made with the Resident Manager prior to using the facility. If you have not made prior arrangements, you will be asked to leave.

All House Rules will be enforced by the Resident Manager and Security Staff.
