Flooded with natural light, the first-floor living and dining area is an inviting space to unwind with a luxurious leather corner sofa, real flame fire, large plasma TV, iPod dock, and WiFi. For extra guests there is a double sofa bed and a single chair bed.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a bright, modern design with oak worktops, an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, ensuring easy meal prep for your stay. Additional features include a handy utility room on the ground floor with Bosch appliances, ideal for laundry during your visit. The solid oak dining table seats 16 guests comfortably, perfect for shared meals or celebrations.

Comfortable two small single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double, with an additional two full size singles on a platform accessed by ladder, making a versatile family-friendly space.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3)
Featuring three small single beds, ideal for individual guests or children. Two of the singles can be made into double on request.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 6)
A spacious room with two large triple sleeper bunks (double beds with singles above), complete with ensuite bathroom for added convenience.
