This spacious, family home in the heart of the bustling harbour town of Looe, benefits from an elevated position, facilitating fabulous views across the harbour. Take a boat trip from the harbour, take a walk along the beautiful coast path and dine in one of the independent pubs or restaurants, many serving delicious, fresh seafood. Looe has a safe, sandy beach (0.5 miles) and a range of shops. Take a relaxing train journey and explore Cornwall, to destinations such as Falmouth, Penzance and St Ives. The coastal path to Polperro (4.5 miles) has fantastic, dramatic views and Fowey (23 miles), Adrenaline Quarry (7 miles) and the Eden Project (22 miles), are all worth a visit. Looe has a great range of boutiques, galleries, and gift shops to potter around and you can round off your day with either a swim in the sea at Looe beach or a stroll along one of the many coastal paths. Hannafore Beach (0.8 miles) is dog friendly, so the furry family member can have fun too.

Just off the dining area is a galley-style kitchen with pastel-coloured units and everything needed to rustle up delicious feasts for the group. Heading upstairs, discover two gorgeous, beach-themed bedrooms: an inviting double with views of the harbour and a cosy twin. The family bathroom and an additional WC complete this level. Stairs lead up to the top floor, where you’ll find a fantastic king-size bedroom set in the eaves, benefitting from its own, stylish shower room.
On a summer’s evening, enjoy pre-dinner drinks on the patio to the front of the property as you admire the far-reaching views across the water. There is provision to load/unload outside property, but there is no parking on-site. Parking is available at Millpool car park (0.5 miles), charges apply. There is free parking at Marine Drive, Hannafore (0.4 miles) subject to availability.
