The main living room has a modern and ultra-comfortable sectional that looks out over the water. Floor to (almost) ceiling sliding glass doors can be pushed open to expand the living space outside. Behind the sectional is a sleek built-in wet bar with a mini-fridge and a sink so you can easily entertain without heading into the kitchen.
The whole family can sit in the dining room together and enjoy a family-style meal. This space includes a large table and seating for six. Bring out cards or board games to play here, or set up your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get work done with a view.
Custom white cabinets in the kitchen pop against the pale blue walls, and chrome finishes accent nicely against the granite countertops. Store all of your family’s favorite snacks and groceries in the cabinets and full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and use the double ovens to cook homemade meals. In the middle of the kitchen is an expansive island with a large soaking sink, creating a perfect spot to prepare meals. The island doubles as a breakfast bar.
A second living room sits towards the front of the home. One large sofa, four oversized armchairs, and a modern coffee table come together to create a quiet space to read, relax, or even nap. Complete with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, this luxurious second living room can be a great place for the kids to watch a movie while the adults socialize in the kitchen or out on the patio.
While the center of the home is designed for entertaining, the five private bedrooms are designed for privacy. Each one features soft color tones, locally inspired artwork, beach accents, high ceilings, and designer floors. The master suite has a King size bed that overlooks the water, a flat-screen TV, and doors that disappear into the walls to open up the space. Also, indulge in the convenience of a Peloton bike, ensuring you never miss a workout during your stay.
The gorgeous bathroom features handcrafted marble, glass, chrome, and natural elements to create a spa experience, and has a garden tub and a walk-in shower with glass doors.
The second bedroom is a calming blend of whites and grays and has high ceilings, a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
Bedroom three has a large window that overlooks the front of the property. Guests in this room can binge-watch their favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen without ever leaving the comfort of their Queen size bed.
Bedroom four is great for kids and adults. This mostly-white room has two sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on top and queen beds on the bottom. This room has a private bathroom, complete with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The fifth bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, beautiful luxury flooring, high ceilings, and a flat-screen TV. Guests in this room can slide open the sliding glass doors every morning and step out onto the patio with a cup of coffee. This bedroom also has a sleek and sophisticated private bathroom.
This bathroom has white subway tile work, modern vanity with under-storage, and a glass-enclosed shower with rain shower features.
The private waterfront patio offers comfortable outdoor lounge furniture so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. A BBQ grill makes it easy to enjoy dinner by the water, and pockets of sun and shade cater to everyone’s outdoor preferences.
From here, you’re just minutes from local grocery stores, spas, salons, beach boutiques, breweries, and waterfront restaurants. The beach is a short drive away, and you’re just a ten-minute walk to the vibrant Marco Island Farmers Market.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
