Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers to you this 180 m² house in La Courneuve can accommodate up to 9 people. It comprises a 55 m² living room (with fireplace), two fully equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 250 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, bed linen and towels extra.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 55 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and fireplace.
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200)
- Shower room with vanity unit
First floor:
- A fitted kitchen with utility room and work area
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A third bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A fourth bedroom with a single bed
- Shower room with vanity unit and WC
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 250 m² enclosed and private garden.
- An 18 m² balcony and a 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in La Courneuve, in a very pleasant environment. The neighbourhood is very lively, with all shops less than 5 minutes' walk away, including a bakery, a butcher's shop, a supermarket, a shopping center open 7 days a week, as well as a market three times a week.
Activities:
- Disneyland is 40 minutes away by RER,
- La Villette, ideally located for cultural events, and the Stade de France are just 10 minutes away.
- The center of Paris, with the Opera, is 15 minutes away.
Nearby events :
- The Parc des Expositions du Bourget hosts major events such as the Air Show, SIAM, and many others.
- The Stade de France is also a popular attraction for travelers.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll have the option of free on-street parking, where public parking is available (with both free and paid options).
