Welcome to the Mozart Flat with Hot Tub! Free Parking! Situated in the heart of the art district in the short North, the Mozart flat has every amenity needed for a perfect stay in Columbus. It is steps from High Street, and the best restaurants and nightlife Columbus has to offer. Stylish with a masculine flair, the flat features trendy design and all the modern comforts a person could want.
Perfect for a week and or weekend getaway with friends, family, Loved ones, and Co-workers to enjoy a relaxing trip right in the City!

**High Chair can be requested as well and rented as noted for $30 for stay. This is not at the unit so will need to give us 24 hour heads up**
You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
For early check in or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check-out. For late check-out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $ 40-hour charge the next day if there is not a check-in. This MUST be approved by the Host.
1. NO Parties. Our properties are all residential, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. ONLY registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very seriously in order to protect our partner's assets and the city laws.
2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
3. NO music video recordings at all!
4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and every one's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
5. WIFI:
Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it's a federal offense here in the US.
6. HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens, towels, Poggesi soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), makeup wipes, ground coffee or k-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, and paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods inside the unit for you. If there is a washer and dryer offered inside the property then we provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. If you are in a unit where an air mattress is available and have spoken with our team about using it, the extra pillow and sheets are in the closets. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.
7. SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties are monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around you. Please refrain from any illegal activity on or around the premises.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Sunday 24/7, but understand they work outside of the US so we ask to understand time differences and or connection issues every now and then. Keep in mind our team is always here for you to ensure you have a 5-star experience. Please do not call or text the number provided through the channel you booked as it will go to voicemail. Please communicate through here unless there is a maintenance emergency
9. MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY MANAGER:
Business hours for our on-the-ground team and maintenance work from 8 am to 5 pm. Our maintenance team is on call though after hours when needed and available. Please note if they DO NOT answer then they are handling another job for a guest and to text them your first/last name, property address, and concern. If there is a life-threatening or medical emergency please call 911 immediately.
