Welcome to our cosy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Colindale, perfect for families, professionals, or travellers. Just a minute from Colindale tube station (new station opening Dec 2024) and close to the A5, A406, and M1 motorway, it’s an ideal base for exploring the city. A short walk to London’s museums and Middlesex University, this flat offers a convenient location and a comfortable, well-equipped home.

Step inside to find a warm and inviting space designed with you in mind. Recently refurbished, the flat offers a fresh, modern feel that will make you feel right at home. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully furnished, comfortably accommodating up to four guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or colleagues travelling together.

Master Bedroom:
Features a double bed, two bedside tables, rugs, and a spacious wardrobe with drawers and hangers. The en-suite bathroom includes an overhead shower and a secondary shower head on a riser rail.

Second Bedroom:

BABY COT:
We can provide a baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') upon request.

Please note that this service is available for a surcharge and requires at least 48 hours' notice. However, it's important to keep in mind that the travel cot comes with a thin mattress and we follow the Lullaby Trust's advice not to add any extra mattress or padding for safety reasons.

Also, please note that we don't provide baby bedding for the travel cot.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
