Excellent!

Beautiful home in a great location. Would and probably will book again when in Minneapolis. Kitchen had alot of out dated food in the fridge. Oven and toaster oven needed a good cleaning. No can opener. Don't let these very minor problems stop you from staying at this house. It is a GREAT HOME and you won't be disappointed. Christmas tree and decorations looked like a professional job. Thanks Andrew & Annie for the use of your home.

We had a great time in this cozy adorable home in Uptown that had everything we needed. The beds, pillows, linens, etc where so comfortable and clean and the house was well stocked. The updated decor, fireplace, layout of bedrooms & baths as perfect for our party of 5 ladies. It was a snowy weekend, so we didn't walk around a lot, but the location is great! The home was lit up with white lights and holiday decor. Andrew was super responsive and easily accessible for questions. I would highly recommend!

House was incredibly clean and was so nice to offer fridge essentials and snacks for our kiddos during our stay. Andrew was more than helpful with the house first feeling cold upon arrival and was very prompt with responding to our needs. House had everything we needed and more with Andrew bringing box fans for white noise for you. Would definitely stay here again, thanks so much for keeping things clean and accomodating!

Great property in a very walkable neighborhood close to lots of bars and food options. Also centrally located for other excursions throughout the Minneapolis area.

We had a wonderful gathering at the Powderhorn property over Christmas. The house had been beautifully decorated for the holiday and we immediately felt right at home. The short walk to lake of the isles made for a nice outing, and with multiple stores in the area and downtown not much further away, the location was just about perfect for us. We didn't get to meet our hosts because they were traveling themselves, but access to the property was simple and we had everything we needed. Thanks for helping to make our family gathering just about perfect.

I sent 8 teachers from our school for a Reggio Emilia learning experience. Each person when talking to me about the trip mentioned the wonderful accommodations I chose for them. It truly made a difference in their travel experience.

Andrew greeted us shortly after we arrived to welcome us and answer questions. Very attentive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Very spacious home with current updates. Comfy beds and linen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House lovely and well appointed. The temps were in the 90s and the air conditioning worked quiet well for such an older home. Everyone commented that the beds were really comfortable.

My family and I stayed at Andrew and Annie's home while in town visiting my sister. It's a beautiful home with good size bedrooms and it was very clean. It's walking distance to the nearby lakes and close to restaurants and nightlife. Andrew and Annie were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next time.

A group of my friends stayed here for a college reunion and it was a great choice. The host was super helpful and accommodating and the house was even nicer in person. The location was great and in walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Parking wasn't an issue at all either!

I stayed here with my team for business. Andrew was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to enjoy many intriguing locations that the city has to offer. Parking was a challenge when the snow was heavy, but after it cleared we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to coming back!! Thanks for a great experience!!

I stayed here with a total of 9 people and we enjoyed the home, especially given close proximity to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Also, it's 20 minutes from MSP. There are a few lakes west of the house within walking distance and the neighborhood is nice to walk around. Due to my delayed flight, my elderly parents came to the house first and in the evening, had a hard time seeing the keypad, which is flat and has bronze matte numbers that blend into the key pad that don't light up until you press them. I recommend bringing a flashlight or the owner leaving the porch light on. My dad called the owner, who came to the house to help them and oriented us to our surroundings, which was great. The house is older, but with some new appliances and upgrades. There is a lot of closet space as well. I would say the house comfortably sleeps 8 on proper beds because while there are places to sleep, one of the rooms is more like a small living room/den that lacks a door for privacy and quiet. Yet, there is plenty of space to put air mattresses in the proper bedrooms. The house comes well-equipped with spices, towels, sheets, and soap/shampoo, which is often rare for home rentals. Towels and sheets were high quality. The owner even had some food for us, which was really helpful after a long day of travel. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which has a clawfoot bathtub, so it's not a full shower, which may be welcomed by some, but it was a bit tough for the older folks. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor that helped reduce congestion in the mornings and evenings. While there is a driveway, it's very short length-wise and nearly impossible to park it without blocking the sidewalk, therefore it's street parking, but we never had an issue finding a place to park next to the house. The kitchen, dining room and living room are comfortable and spacious and great for relaxing and hanging out. It's well-decorated and we spent most of our time in the house in this area.

My family and I arrived Friday evening to a well cared for and adequately stocked property. With a code provided for entry, it made the check in process easy because we weren’t sure who was to arrive first. This is the 5th home from 5 different cities we have stayed in from VRBO, and it measured up to the quality and location of the others. Nine of us slept comfortably in the four bedrooms, and the two and a half baths took care of our needs. The beds, linens, pillows, towels, rate 5 🌟� Good quality and plenty for all. Large bedrooms with room for our belongings, We took advantage of the google cast provided with the television. We are all Iowa football fans and were able to “tailgate” while we watched Iowa win. High quality internet made excellent streaming options. The location was perfect. Everyone in my family are outdoor runners so we were close to a variety of running options. We were also close to a school with a great playground where the little ones could get fresh air and exercise. We really had no agenda for the weekend because our goal was to spend quality time together. Everything we did was within walking distance after we parked our cars. Parking was not easy, especially with four cars. My husband and I parked our van horizontal to the garage so it would not block the sidewalk. The rest of my family arrived after 8 pm and had difficulty finding a spot. There was a limo parked right in front of the house all weekend taking up 3 full places. My grandchildren, 3 and 5, enjoyed some of the toys we found in the basement during our stay. They especially liked playing with the large doll house and lots of accessories. I could see potential for additional space in the future. Maybe an exercise room combination game room in the basement. I subtracted a star because of parking, and because I felt the kitchen and bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. The kitchen had an odor we couldn’t identify. I think it was coming from under the sink or from the dishwasher. New, unopened sponges or clean dish clothes would be nice. The ones provided appeared used, stiff and funky. Overal, we had a great stay and were impressed with this uptown home.
