This was our 2nd stay, so coming back means we loved the apartments. Conveniently located for easy access to the slopes, supermarket at walking distance, nice staff and especially the space provided were the reasons that brought us back. As a bonus, we had a wonderful view to the mountains.

The pillows were low quality and uncomfortable. Also, more attention on cleaning is needed, our apartment had spiderwebs everywhere. In one bathroom, the soap container was missing and there was no shower gel. The microwave was not working.

It is very nice place and relaxing , close to small grocery and nearby a nice restaurant. close to Kaprun and not far from Zell am see . Car parking is ok . There is a small garden and terrace for this apartment which is nice to enjoy relaxing during your stay in this apartment. Staff are ok and very respectful. As we are a family ( 8 persons ) there was 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms which is enough for us . All stuff for Kitchen is available . Internet is ok and strong .

Although the apartment was ok , but I was preferring upper floor in order to enjoy the mountain view but unfortunately , the apartment in the ground floor. No AC but it can be managed with electric fans were provided by the staff.

Very big apartment with great design

This one does not have the 'kaprun-zel am see' card for discounts and free attractions (they have another one, that is good also, but not excellent like the Kaprun summer card)

The appartment is great , the only thing that wasn't good was the cemetery bells that do loudy noice very close to the appartment.

very good location, spacious apartment, lovely ROOFTOP terrace for morning breakfasts & a very well equipped kitchen with all necessities! Perfect for families with kids

lighting is little poor inside the apartment, specially next to kitchen area. wish they can add water sprinkler in toilets next to WCs.

nice to hear church bells every 15 minutes 24/7. gave us fan for hot days, have washer/ dryer which is nice. left a day early no refund goes by the rules. excellent weather.

comfy, clean, stayed 17 nights very good location for day trips.

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Very helpful and friendly staff. The summer card they provide also has some good attractions enterance.

A near by church bell rings every 15 minutes, can be very annoying at night.
