We had a fabulous week at villa Grace. It has everything you could possibly need with children. Perfect location, close to beach, cafes and shops. Overlooking the golf course. Amazing communication from start to finish from both Nicola the owner and Terry who dealt with any queries we had out there. Highly recommended 🌟

We had an amazing time at the villa for what was our child’s 1st holiday. Everything you could possibly want is at the Villa for a small child/baby. The propert manager was excellent. Would 100% recommend to anyone wishing to visit Fuerteventura.

Fantastic property as described , good communications with booking and any following questions etc. Lots of space and has everything you would need for your stay. Terry showed us around and explained everything to us. Went with a 13 month old and there was everything we would need including toys etc. Would definitely stay there again .

Our family had an amazing stay at the Villa Grace in what was our first experience of a villa holiday. The villa truly is a home from home and the surroundings immediately put us at ease which allowed us to start our relaxation straight away. The location of the villa is fantastic with a short stroll down to the shopping mall restaurants & cafes. The walk to the main town did take a bit longer but nothing that should concern anyone that was planning to stay in the villa and in fact a welcome opportunity to burn off some calories before making a selection of the many eateries that there are available. This is the 2nd time was have stayed in Caleta de Fuste with the first time being in the Sheraton located only 5 minutes from the villa, having experienced them both, it would be the villa for my choice every time now. The area is very safe and quiet, yet enough to do to keep most occupied and an ideal area for chilling out relaxing. I cannot think of anything that we were not catered for in the villa, you can tell Nicola and her family have taken great pleasure in developing this villa into a place where you do not really need to think or worry too much about anything other than enjoying yourself in the comfort of their lovely villa. Terry from Kleanbreeze the management company who look after the property was fantastic and a great source of what to try and visit whilst on the island, Ajuy in particular was one of our best days whilst we were there. Our family would love to visit Villa Grace again in the future. Anyone considering Villa Grace for their accommodation should be able to make a reservation with confidence. Thank you again Nicola for all of your help with our extra questions about our visit (non villa related) which helped us make the most of our time there.

We had an amazing family stay at the Villa Grace. The pictures do not do it justice, the location is magnificent set in a quiet neighbourhood and very safe. It is 20 mins walk to the main town centre or a 10 min walk to the local shopping mall that also has restaurants & cafes. Everything you need is in the villa, 4 bedrooms all with A/C as well as large living area with A/C and good sized kitchen. The large swimming pool and sun terrace have a stunning back drop onto a fairway on the local golf course. Everything you need for the pool is at hand with good quality beds and mats to lay upon. There is also a trunk with loads of kids toys to keep them amused when not in the water. Kleanbreeze the management company who look after the property were fantastic. Terry was a star and so helpful and attentive in many ways. We would recommend the pool fence and heating of the pool as part of the package if travelling with young children. It is our intention to visit Villa Grace once again and would highly recommend it as a fantastic residence for a holiday.

This was our second visit to the villa, as we had previously stayed in 2018. There had been a couple of upgrades including a new lovely shower and bbq. It felt like home from home once again and completely suited our needs. Thank you again Nicola & Family, maybe we might make a return trip for the third time!

Just returned from a fabulous 10 day stay at Villa Grace. Beautiful accommodation with excellent outside facilities. The pool was a wonderful temperature and the sun loungers comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, although we used it very little, preferring to dine in the many local restaurants, all within a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Caleta de Fuste is ideally located for the airport and central for seeing the island. The villa is ideally positioned for golf, which some members of our family undertook and thoroughly enjoyed. On arrival we were met by Shirley, who showed us round the villa and explained how all the gadgets worked etc. Terry popped in to check on the pool and gave us good suggestions for places to visit during our stay. All in all, a relaxing holiday was had by all. Thank you Nicola, for letting us share your gorgeous holiday home.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in February. The first week we were joined by our adult children and their partners who took advantage of the proximity of the excellent local scuba diving school to do the 4 day course and gain their diving certificates. The villa is very well situated in a relatively quiet location despite being on the flight path for the planes landing at Fuerteventura airport. The layout is well planned and spacious. It is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space. Communal areas are beginning to show signs of age but are clean and comfortable. The pool, in keeping with the rest of the villa, is well maintained and most enjoyable . I would recommend the hire of a car if you wish to visit anywhere on the island.

We booked this villa for a week for a surprise 60th birthday. There was 3 children and 5 adults. From the moment we got there to the minute we left there wasn’t a single moment where the kids didn’t have anything to do. The pool was a really good size and lots of toys for the two younger kids. You can tell Nicola (the owner) put a lot of thought and effort into making sure it caters for everyone’s needs. It was about a ten minute walk to the supermarket, shops and a couple of restaurants. Another 10 minute walk from there was the town centre with lots more restaurants and bars. Nicola was very helpful and made us feel very welcome, we really do recommend this villa!

We spent a fantastic week at Villa Grace. It is the best equipped villa we have ever stayed at and is a top quality modern property. The pool was a good size and well heated. The property itself is quiet and private but you can walk to the nearby shopping centre in 10 minutes. The villa is situated by the side of the second hole of the golf course but is separated by a large drainage channel and no stray golf balls headed our way during the week. I played the course one day which was in good order and an enjoyable challenge, especially in the wind. The golf course staff were also really friendly and helpful. The villa is conveniently situated quite close to the airport and although flights were relatively frequent, there were no late or early flights and they passed over the beach (not directly overhead) so they didn’t disturb us. We had a great week, swimming, relaxing and barbecueing and I would definitely stay here again. We also travelled the island and found the roads to be good and pretty quiet. Terry gave us a great welcome and was very helpful too. I definitely recommend Villa Grace.

What a beautiful Villa! We have had an amazing week at Villa Grace. The location is fab, just 10 minutes walk to the local shopping centre that has a number of shops, spar and restaurants. From the shopping centre you can walk along the coast road up to the harbour. We spent many an afternoon sipping cocktails and enjoying the view. The Villa itself is really well equipped and well maintained. There is plenty of space in the Villa, the pool is very clean and a great size too. Great communication between Nicola the owner and also terry who met us there on arrival and showed us around the property. I would recommend this villa to any family, its such a lovely property to spend a relaxing week at. We hope you would have us again :)

Well equipped villa. We were 3 generations with an 8 month year old and the villa was perfect for us all. A choice of outside seating areas where we sat for breakfast and had a bbq one night. Travel cot, high chair and lots of lovely toys for our grandson to play with. So pleased we paid for the pool to be heated, real luxury to swim every day and warm enough for our grandson to stay in the water a lot. 10 minutes walk to shops and cafes. We managed without a car but would have been better to hire a car as 10 minutes drive away is the buzzing area with the marina and better restaurants. Taxi hire was reasonable but the drivers were grumpy about being asked for a baby seat, they couldn’t see the need for safety! There is a booster seat in the villa for an older child but no good for us. Property management company very helpful and kept the pool lovely and clean. The whole villa was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this villa. Mary, UK

What a superb villa. The owners have really thought of everything that you may need. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms have hairdryers and straighteners. The bedrooms were home from home, comfortable and well decorated. There were lots (and I mean lots) of toys to keep our 18 month old grandson occupied. He loved the train set and the play House. The pool was lovely and warm and there was plenty of good quality outdoor furniture. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This Villa is simply amazing! Having a very busy and active 2 year old the villa and it’s facilities allowed us to have - believe it or not, a very relaxing holiday. The amenities offered by the owner, allowed our little one to be occupied and it’s safe and secure location allowed him the freedom every toddler craves. It’s situated overlooking the golf course and was a short walk from the beach and shops. Communication with both the owner and the property management company were outstanding and I can not recommend this villa enough. A beautiful villa, with amazing attention to detail, which has everything for a perfect holiday.

We’ve just returned from our 3rd visit to Villa Grace and it was just as good as the 1st. The villa is home from home and the owners have really thought of everything, everyone was entertained during our 3 week stay from toys for children of all ages (we were with an 8 month old, 3 & 6 year old) to board games for adults, TV and movie channels. The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the management company are great. The location is perfect and just a 10 minute walk from the Atlantico Centre where you’ll find shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, cinema, park and the beach. We hired bikes on this visit from the main town centre which was brilliant as everything is so flat and there are cycle paths everywhere. Nicola is great & always answered our queries and made suggestions of what to do during our stay. A brilliant family holiday but would suit adults only too.

We have just returned from a wonderful & relaxing 16 night holiday in the beautiful Villa Grace. Nicola has thought of everything for all ages, making our stay with our 2 daughters (14 & 21) a perfect one. The villa overlooks a well kept 2nd fairway offering lovely views. The course was relatively quiet offering privacy by the pool. The villa is a short walk to the Atlantico Centre & beach. A further 15 minute stroll along the beach takes you to the main Castillo resort & marina where you will find many restaurants & bars. We have stayed in many villas over the years & Villa Grace is the only one that truly resembled the pictures, if not more. The villa offers everything you need for a family holiday. Nicola was helpful & attentive from the beginning of our booking & followed up during our holiday & on our return to ensure everything was as it should be. Another perfect stay at the beautiful Villa Grace. This is the second time we've been back and it was as good as we remembered! The kids were perfectly catered for with bed guards, toilet seats/steps, toys, games, plastic kitchenware, children's TV channels, an Xbox and of course the swimming pool (complete with safety net for our peace of mind). In addition, the adults were kept happy with the immaculate rooms, bathrooms, gas BBQ, nespresso coffee machine, the welcome food/wine stock, washing machine (sad but wonderful), UK TV channels, gadget charging station & the beautiful outside seating. Essentially, Villa Grace is in a fantastically quiet area, only 10mins walk from the shopping centre & beach where you will find great food, coffee (with play area for kids) and a supermarket offering everything you could need. We love it here, it's relaxing with plenty to keep the kids entertained and giving us parents a happy life too!

The villa is in a lovely quite area so you can properly relax but you are no more than 10 to 25 min walk to restaurants, beach etc. Nicola and Trevor have put together a great book with ideas for days out and 3 great car routes (north, south and central). All worth doing if you have a car as they take you to some lovely bay’s, beaches and resturants as well as up in the hill’s with great view’s. At the main beach you can hire paddle boards, book surfing lessons, play crazy golf, they even have an inflatable obstacle course that the kids loved. The villa itself is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need and very clean. We could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday with happy children who where kept entertained.

Villa was superb. It was in excellent cared for condition with an excellent, light and airy ambiance. External area was generous in size with a well provided range of relaxing furniture. Pool was excellent and always warm and clean. View across golf course was an excellent feature. The villa was in a very quiet and exclusive area and was very secure. The walk into town was only 12mins where there was a good sized supermarket and other shops and restaurants. Beaches were stunning and whole resorts of Caletta de Fuste and Castillo were attractive and thank fully for us low key. Overall an excellent villa and an excellent location and beach resort.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Grace, total home from home but with a heated pool (which my nephew's couldn't get enough of) wonderfully equipped, comfortable & easy. Wish we could have had longer than a week.

We have just returned from a stay at Villa Grace, October 2017. The villa is beautifully presented in an ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the beach and amenities. The property is very well equipped and ideal for families with young children. We loved the safety fence around the pool which kept our toddler safe from harm, and there was a variety of toys, games, inflatables, sky TV etc to keep everyone entertained. The pool was also a lovely temperature for our little one. We would love to return to the villa again and highly recommend the accommodation to other families/groups.

Absolutely beautiful villa which we stayed in for a week. We were so comfortable here that we only had 2 nights out in the 7. The property has been created as a home and not a rental property, the little touches such as candles and fairy lights, cushions and throws in the lounge, charger station for every type of phone/tablet etc, hairdryer and straighteners, everything really has been thought of. The location was perfect for us with regards to relaxing, it was so peaceful day or night. The golf course was great to watch in the day with golfers wandering along or the herd of goats munching on the green :) The Atlantico centre is walking distance but we used this only for takeaway food, the restaurants weren't really our choice of dining out venues and there were no bars to sit and watch the world go past in. You can walk to the harbour area which was lovely and has many more options if you want to eat out, it was a lengthy walk but goes right along the beach, we did it in the evening when it was much cooler. There is plenty of room in the villa for a large group or a family, there were 3 of us and it felt spacious without feeling like we were rattling around, the pool area has tons of space too for eating, chilling with a book or sunbathing. I can't think of a negative for this villa, Nicola has been a star all through the booking process and also since we have returned, 10 out of 10 for customer service! Steve and Anna, the property team in the resort were on hand for anything we needed and were so friendly and accommodating. If Heineken did holiday villa's..... :)

As a group of four mid thirties (two couples) we absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful villa. You really have made it a home from home and we thoroughly enjoyed it - thank you very much! Also, your team from Chipmunk were great. We were so disappointed to have to come home and are looking to make another booking for next year.

We had a lovely week at Villa Grace, we travelled with a 3 year old and Grandparents. It truly was home from home and had some lovely touches, including beach towels, books, puzzles, outside/beach toys and the icing on the cake was the basics in the fridge so you didn't have to immediately go to the supermarket. It was great that we could lock the front gate and our little one was safe to run around as we hired the pool fence too. To top off a fab holiday our 3 year old did not like water before arriving and now has become a true water babe and was in the pool everyday and complaining when she was dragged out! Thank you to Nicola & Trevor for a fantastic villa and we are already talking about re-booking for next year.

I have just spent a week at this villa and I can thoroughly recommend it. In fact I am looking for my next opportunity to book it up. The owners have not only provided everything you could possibly want for a wonderful holiday but the villa is beautifully decorated and furnished. The pool is great and there is an array of comfy seating areas to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine. I particularly enjoyed the view of the golf course from the patio area and the view from the roof terrace is fabulous. The villa is close to the bars, restaurants and ofcourse the beach but the 10 minute walk means that you can also enjoy the peace and quiet if you want to. I have returned home feeling thoroughly refreshed. Thankyou so much for a lovely holiday!

I could write for hours about how wonderful Villa Grace is but I will try to keep this concise! The photos here speak for the themselves, I can vouch that they are 100% accurate, it really is this lovely! The Villa is not only beautiful and situated in a perfectly picturesque location on a stunning golf course, it is also pristine and it pretty much catered for our every need (as a family with a 1, 3 & 5yr old, we have a lot of needs!). The additional touches (over and above the villa description) that Nicola provides her guests really are what stands this villa apart though: a large supply of lovely beach towels (in addition to bathroom towels), beach toys (no need to pack your buckets!), bedding for the travel cots, a gas BBQ (so much easier than charcoal), a huge selection of kids toys (for all ages), the Xbox, Sky TV with ALL the channels (movies, sports & kids), additional plastic crockery (I normally bring my own to avoid damages!), dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher (what a treat!), Air con in every room (much needed during a mini heatwave), an awesome electronics charging station in the hallway (will charge almost anything & multiple gadgets at once), 2x powerful hairdryers (and straighteners!)....to name but a few. The lovely property management team that greeted and looked after us throughout our stay was another added bonus. Steve was only too happy to help with anything he could & made himself readily available to us (via WhatsApp) during our trip. And finally, the welcome pack of food & drink: Wow! Without us asking, our kitchen was generously stocked with some basics (bread, cheese, ham, milk, water) and a chilled bottle of wine for arrival....the cherry on the top!! And it was especially appreciated given we arrived late in the evening with young kids! If you can drag yourself away from this beautiful home, all you need is a 10mins walk away: shopping centre with supermarket, sheltered beaches, lovely cafes with a safe play area. From the local beach, you can also walk along the beach paths into Caleta de Fuste main town...if only to see what you're not missing out on! We loved Villa Grace & didn't really find much need to stray far from the villa - probably because our kids were so content so we could relax. It felt very safe (there's a safe & burglar alarm if you need them) and we loved that we could lock the front gate, kick back & let the kids roam freely around the garden.

My wife, baby daughter (eight months) and I just returned from staying at the villa with another couple and their toddler (three years). We had a fabulous time! From the attentive emails from the owners before the trip through to handing the keys back to the managers before leaving for the airport, everything was catered for. The villa was immaculate. We used the pool (very warm) every day and enjoyed evenings admiring the sunset and views from the roof deck. There were plenty of toys for the children and our baby went for nothing. There was a highchair, a steriliser and a travel cot waiting for us. The small fee to have the pool fence installed was worth every penny as it gave us great peace of mind. The villa was easy to find and parking was never an issue despite us having two cars. The management team were also very responsive and helpful. Thoroughly recommended for a family getaway. We enjoyed numerous day trips with Ajuy and Betancuria being highlights. We enjoyed the Corralejo beaches, but for a family trip to the beach I recommend Gran Tarajal. It is closer, less busy and has the most amazing fish restaurant at the end of the dock.
