Place was clean , kitchen well equipped , place was comfortable on general

Done lights didn't work , done furniture needed maintenance and the staff was not very friendly , they changed the place name to Mary's stay inn , i informed ahead that I'm something easy early around 10 am but took like 2 hrs to find someone to help me get to my place , although they said that someone will be there for me , noon if the staff speak English , was very hard to communicate with them ... Could hear the neighbours many time especially the above ones in intimate time and side neighbor while talking .....

Nice apartment in an industrial area of Kiev. Shabby building with lots of murky characters around. Need a pass to use the lift. 🤦‍♀️ Very nice cleaning person (black hair). + Large apartment + Washing machine + Good room lightning + Plenty of electric plugs + Comfortable bed + Working Wi-Fi + Large table + Smart decoration

On the eve of my arrival i talked with one of the cleaning ladies or the manager. I told them that i had a problem with the credit card at the airport, that i'm gonna pay them one night straight away and the next one on Monday, on check-out. She agreed. Next morning, at around 12:00, someone is ringing my door. I thought it's by mistake so i didn't open. Few minutes later, a woman enters the apartment or to be more precise my room, asking that i either pay or leave. That is the outmost craziness and stupidity i've witnessed for a long time in a hotel. First, the very fact she allowed herself to enter not just the apartment but a private room. When i told her about what was agreed last night she had no recollection, but then appeared the very girl to who i spoke, saying now that "in fact it wasn't like that and that i have to pay in advance". Anyway, it was somehow sorted out and all their money was paid. Few days later, that same person agreed with me by phone on a certain price after i checked-out. When i arrived, it was another price, increased by 100 UAH. I agreed for the simple sake of not wasting more time. Then when i was about to pay, the owner adds 3% to the bill if you want to pay with card, but tells you that it's 1%. It is clearly NOT. That's a lie and the merchant should bear the cost in such cases such as in stores etc. I really detest this type of lying, manipulation and hypocrisy which is the main reason i wouldn't stay here again. The apartment is fine, the district is nothing special but relatively close to the metro and other transport. But due to this abysmal and hectic, uncoordinated human behavior: stay away. - Broken toilet seat - Very limited amounts of hot water - Broken bed (if to inadvertently sit a bit more rapidly the boards holding the bed would fall) - Nothing in the kitchen except salt (not even sugar) or pepper - There is nothing in the district
