Casa Joja est une jolie maison de terrasse en fin de baie de Luz et est idéale pour une fête de 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Il est situé dans une impasse calme au centre du village de Luz et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des restaurants et des supermarchés. La piscine peut être chauffée si nécessaire (coût supplémentaire à convenir). Il dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et une grande salle de bains, tandis que la chambre bleu moyen a des lits jumeaux. La troisième chambre a également des lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont des armoires encastrées. Un coffre-fort avec code peut également être utilisé. .L'escalier menant au grand coin salon a une porte d'escalier in situ, la salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes (table extensible). La maison bénéficie d'une grande cuisine moderne bien équipée et d'un salon ouvert donnant sur une terrasse extérieure avec une grande table et des sièges et de belles vues sur la plage de Luz.

Lovely home great location and stunning views of the ocean

Villa Joja is quietly situated but amazingly only 5 minutes walk from everything that Praia da Luz has to offer. It was our first visit and we thoroughly appreciated the variety and quality of local bars and restaurants.
The villa is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean.
We particularly enjoyed spending time on the upper terrace which has lovely sea views.
It was an exceptionally relaxing and stress-free holiday.

Can’t beat the location. Just minutes to beach, grocery and several restaurants. We had an issue with the grill which was replaced within 24 hours! Thanks, we’ll be back for sure!

A short stroll from a lovely beach that was perfect for our granddaughters, aged 2 & 4. Delightful accommodation, fantastic early October weather (26C and sunshine every day), good village atmosphere and restaurants. Found the directions on how to get there confusing - just find Baptista Supermarket (easy with the SatNav) and it is 2 minutes walk away. Problems with the washing machine were sorted out quickly and efficiently. Many thanks for a relaxing and refreshing holiday.

Having stayed in Luz numerous times, I have to say that this was the best villa for location and space that we have stayed in. 4 stars for accuracy of the villa in the pictures because it is much nicer in real life.
Definitely follow the instructions on the site to find the villa- google maps sent us in the wrong direction.
Villa was spotless and the pool was great fun (definitely get it heated if you’re going at this time of year).
Literally only a five minute walk to the front (and that’s with me on a crutch and having to walk slowly).

Efficient extremely helpful manager and owner and maid. Location is fabulous, close to the sea with a relaxing and inviting sea view. Quiet area, well resourced villa with comfortable beds. Door blinds keep rooms cool but also dark during the evening. We all adored the well maintained pool, particularly during the heat wave.

We had a fabulous week at the villa - family of 5. It is spacious and well equiped and very comfortable. It has an amazing view of the sea from the terrace which is not obvious from the photos - we arrived at night and when we opened the shutters in the morning we were amazed. Location could not be better, a quite neighbourhood but right by great restaurants, the supermarket and a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Couldn't recommend more.

We had a great time in the villa. Good sized rooms / beds / pool. Excellent location, so close to the beach and also to the bus route if looking to travel. Shops also close by.

We had a great Stay at Casa Joja, the weather was fantastic and being so close to the beach was very convenient. The small but very nice pool in the back garden was most welcome in the extremely warm weather.
We had an issue with one of the fans (no actual air con but fans were effective) and this was resolved very quickly. We also needed to leave our bags before our later flight on the last day and this was no problem for the hosts which was appreciated.
One thing that would have been helpful was a small welcpme pack ... perhaps some water and milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, oil and salt/pepper for cooking. This could even be offered as an extra and would make a real difference especially when arriving late.
Overall a great stay tho!

Pleasant, well-equipped holiday rental in an excellent location.
DVD player was out of action and the patio leading to the pool had issues but otherwise no complaints.

Lovely villa in a great location, stayed in Luz many times.
Quiet area and lovely to have the pool.
A few things could be updated in the villa, toilet seat especially.
The only real complaint was the bed in the master room, one of the most uncomfortable things we have slept in, definitely needs changing.

To make it short: A lovely house, a warm pool, a great surrounding with view to the sea. Hot water was off ion a sunday. James came after 10 minutes and fixed it. Our children loved the 2 levels. Like us :-))

Having stayed in Luz previously this has to be in the best location yet. We stayed as a family of 4 which included our 2 young children aged 6 and 8. The fact that we could walk to the beach/restaurants/supermarkets without any complaints from the little ones was a god send.
The villa itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay.
One thing that did become very apparent when we arrived was that the photographs do not do this place justice! It’s much bigger and brighter than the photos lead to you believe.
Communication with the villa owners was fantastic and they were incredibly helpful, I would not hesitate to return to Casa Joja!

We really enjoyed the cleaning lady service as We didn’t realize we had that. The patio chairs were okay but could be replaced. We enjoyed the pool and used the cover to keep the water warm. The location was beautiful and we all had a great time. Neither transport company could find our guests returning to Faro. Jane arranged for our families pickup and they were 45 min late as they couldn’t find the property. Just letting you know for future guests.

The property is well maintained and has brilliant views looking to the sea from the upstairs balcony.
The area is very quiet and the villa is very well located for all day to day amenities.
Overall a very good place to stay if you want to chill out and relax. Would definitely book again.

Lovely spacious villa in a fantastic central location in Luz within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. The villa was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. Great view from the balcony and, whilst this may have been to do with the time of year, it was nice and quiet.
Responses from James the owner were quick and we met Jane, who dealt with things locally, who was also very helpful and gave us suggestions for restaurants and sites to visit.
We will definitely look to book again.

It was an amazing holiday at Casa Joja. Definitely lived up to our expectations, the localization is very good with many supermakets close by and within 5-minute walking distance to the beach, quiet neighbourhood. The house is big, we found it absolutely clean and very well equipped, with a stunning view over the sea. Unfortunately, there was no Portuguese TV channel available - it's a pity given that we are Portuguese. Also, wifi is not free of charge.

This is a beautiful property located just a very short walk to the beach and the quaint town of Luz.....with all the comforts of home...awesome views.
Janet and Dave were helpful in setting up Wi-Fi for us...thank you.
The only suggestion would be getting a new bbq...for those sun set dinners on the upper deck!..would be nice.

Excellent central location close to beach, restaurants and bars. Wonderful view from the upper terrace. Property is spacious and offers two separate outdoor areas to relax, as well as plenty of shade. A few maintenance issues to be dealt with but overall a great place to stay. Would certainly come back as we love Luz and couldn't really better this location-wise. No air conditioning but it was fine in September without.

This house was everything we needed and more. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and in a perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants. It has a lovely pool and outside area with a beautiful sea view. To top it off, we were very pleased to find a welcome gift of some ham, cheese, bread and wine. It was very well received after arriving quite late on a Sunday night. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

We had a great holiday and would recommend Casa Joja. The villa was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, we have a toddler and baby and it was no trouble for them to arrange a second travel cot and high chair. The villa was safe, secure and quiet whilst only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We would book this villa again and definitely recommend.

We've stayed at Casa Joja twice now and hope to return many more times. The view from the terrace is beautiful and is perfect for sunrises and sunsets over the sea. As we have an energetic 2 year old the heated pool and surrounding area is great as it's so fun and safe. The beach is 5 min away (and that's if you're dawdling!) as are some wonderful, varied restaurants where we were always made to feel welcome no matter what mood the toddler was in. Lovely family friendly villa in a beautiful, charming village.
