there was hair in the room - on the pillowcase,on the floor. Sheets were dirty. Asked for new ones - they were dirty as well. The manager promised a bottle of wine for compnesation, and never delivered it.

The staff were delightful, both Cammy at the front desk was brilliant and Elad the Concierge who was exceptional, I have never had more help from anyone in any hotel I have ever stayed at - he was brilliant. He also helped us organise tours of the city and elsewhere and was even on hand with help prior to our arrival until we left the hotel, a true asset to the hotel. Look after him as you never want to lose him! Breakfast was good. Room very comfortable and nice beds. Leisure facilities including the swimming pool were fabulous. The location is amazing, in the centre of everything.

The cleanliness of the room and particularly the bathroom were not good and we had to get the cleaner in a few times but even then it was not great, particularly around and in the toilet which was stained.... needed proper cleaning and the same with doors, handles, drawers, skirtings etc.....

The general staff were pretty good but occasionally rude

Nothing. The staff were upset all the time. The door that the only one is open is from the side and not the main road - which is blocked so you don’t have an actual place to leave the car while you load the luggage into the hotel. This hotel was a bit too much from everything. Too much for me to find the entrance while it’s pouring rain. It’s too Much for me to wait for the elevator and it was way to much disappointing to see that the hotel is pretty old, and the room wasn’t so clean. The price was too high for what we got. Won’t come back again.

Limits the guests to their religious costumes. Not even food due to Sabath except for breakfast which was limited too. Very rude and unpleasant manager both at check in and check out!

The room is beautiful, the bathroom is amazing. You have access to the pool and the gym and it's amazing, the staff is very helpful. The lobby is so calming, would definitely go back and upgrade my stay!

Honestly, only ick is that it's quite pricey, and I wish their breakfast was a bit cheaper: The swimming pool is not so deep. But that's already being picky in my opinion :)

The hotel is in a excellent location - in Zion Square at the start of Ben Yehuda Street and on Jaffa Road, easy to access by light rail from the train/bus station. The room was well appointed and the staff were fabulous and caring, helping me with all my enquiries. Very quiet room even though it was a busy Saturday night in the streets below,
