Me gustó todo aunque la distancia al centro histórico es algo más de lo que se indica.

Apart hotel in the Ville Nouvelle, Marrakesh, large suite, big bathroom, room service, good breakfast, quiet surroundings, friendly staff, 10 min with petit taxi to Jemaa-El-Fna, 10 min walk to Jardin Majorelle,....

I wouldn't stay at this property again if I find myself in Marrakesh another time. the facilities were outdated, the water faucet wasn't working, the bathroom was not it, it takes about 5 minutes to get the hot water working.

The staff is super friendly and overall it's great of its value.

Located in the heart of the city, close from all major attractions

The room facing the main road are extremely noisy. The traffic is immense and goes on for the whole night. You can hear motorbikes roaring and ambulances alarms the whole night long due to proximity from a main hospital. We were not able to close an eye . In addition, the rooms smelled badly cigarettes so my daughter and wife had ashma complications. The hygiene was bad, curtains were dark from dust and smoke. The hotel in general requires serious maintenance. We have booked 1 week but had to leave early after the first, since it was impossible to sleep or breath. The owner refused to pay us back the remaining nights, with a pretext of reservation made via booking.com. even when customer support of booking.com contacted the owner to find a solution, the owner still refused to pay us back .

The staff especially the one on the front desk was extemremely rude, gave us bad directions to find the hotel initially.
