I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel in the city center of Thessaloniki. The location was ideal, right in the middle of all the action. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with whatever I needed. The room was also clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I expected. The view from my room was spectacular, taking in the entire city. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the city center of Thessaloniki.

However, I found the prices to be quite steep for what was offered.

Breakfast was wonderful. You preorder night before and a table is set with you room number. The staff will ask if you want/need anything more/less. The service is very good.Everything in the room worked fine.

Hotel is located in the hearth oh to city. So, you can access most of the places by walk. Rooms are super clean and very nice decorated. You have an oportunity to select the pillow type you use to sleep from the pillow menu :-) Breakfast menu is very satisfed us. cakes, bakes and charcuterie plate is delicous. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoed stayin in The Caravan.

Loved staying at the Caravan! Eva, Alina and the rest of the team were so warm and welcoming. They gave us great tips to explore the city.. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Will be back again soon!

The hotel is located in a prime location in Thessaloniki. It is very well designed, and looks very nice. The stuff is extremly friendly and nice. When we arrived we were upgraded to an executive suit, that head a great balcony and very nice windows. The breakfast was excellent, very generous and tasty. We asked for help with organizing a private guided tour and the stuff made the connection with an excellent guide. We will come again, and recommend all our friends!

Such a cute and energetic place, feels like home. Incredible breakfast (comes in options, you pick from the menu) it's really one of best of all. Actually, local people come here just to have breakfast. 👌 Also you can pick and customize your pillow. For those who arrive by car, there is a car park right across, which makes everything sooo easy. Excellent choice. Will definitely stay here next time we come to Thessaloniki. Big heart and big hearts. ❣

The caravan is in a very good, central location! The room was spacious and very attractive. The staff was very open, kind and helpful.

During the night the neighborhood was noisy and we could not sleep well

Location is very good, very close to the center and Marine. It took only 10-15 minutes easy walking to both spots. Breakfast was really exceptional. We enjoyed very much. The room was simple and modest, but in the same way very pragmatic, full with small but important and practical things. We payed for smaller room, but we get bigger on higher floor, and we weren't charged for that. And last but certainly not least is the politeness of the staff of the hotel, which is on extremely high level. The staff from "The Caravan" really knows how to do their job.

Excellent staff starting from the owner of the hotel through the wonderful receptionists and the other service providers who did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Any question we had about the city or itineraries outside the city, they made themselves available to sit with us and explain everything to us in detail. The meals were delicious and varied and in general the feeling was that everyone went out of their way to make it pleasant for the guests. The atmosphere in the hotel is that of young people and the design is really special and beautiful. The cleanliness is excellent. The location is a few minutes' walk from all the tourist spots and even though the hotel is in the city center there is still silence inside the room. Highly recommend and thank you very much for everything
