In a quite location just over 5mins walk into town Good entertainment Towels changed daily

We were given a room with a half bath , shower didn't work properly did mention this to reception not much was done about it though. Room needed updating Considering the room allowed animals (not that I had asked for one)it wasn't very clean the bathroom especially. Breakfast was eatable Wouldn't recommend this hotel

my room which was good but situated above the delivery access to the hotel. So I had a noise disruption for a while in the mornings.

Nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good location and nice facilities. Room was clean and tidy, and coffee and tea was replenished which was a bonus.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in but managed a decent night's sleep. Shower water pressure wasn't the best, but I'm really being petty.

The property is conveniently situated in the central area and within walking distance to the beach.

There was some confusion regarding the availability of complimentary tea and coffee. While one receptionist informed us that it was included, another staff member, an older lady, mentioned that it wasn't available for single-night stays. It would be beneficial for the establishment to provide consistent messaging or include this information in the booking details. Overall, considering the price paid, the room met expectations.

Our room was near the lifts (which we were not informed) and the hotel was full, so for most of the night wherever the noisy lift operated, my sleep got disturbed. We decided to check out next day. The receptionist was very understanding and empathetic and was willing to refund the full amount of the remaining 2 nights but the Manager interrupted and said we could only get 50% refund on the 2 nights. I requested for 75% refund and he declined. Anyways, I found a nearby Abnb that was fabulous and at half the price. As one would say, whatever happens, happens for thr best.

Had a cheap single room And everything was great, swimming pool to myself! - other than needing another blanket as it was cold. If they got this right it would be 10/10. They could only find me an extra sheet however!

I was too cold in bed so didn’t sleep well which is crucial. Also there isn’t enough parking for all residents so had to park 5 min walk away. Otherwise I couldn’t fault it.

its location was fantastic for what we wanted close to the station and having a 2 year old she could walk everywhere so it made the break even better overall a five star place to visit

the birds messing on my car but it soon cleans off, the breakfest could be a bit bigger, but i cannot fault the place its self
