La ubicacion es perfecta, tanto para ir hacia la costa esmeralda como para san teodoro. Es un bajo comodo, para 2 personas esta bien. Al llegar hueles que todo muy limpio. La cocina bien equipada, dejan capsulas de cafe y te. Tambien se aprecia que haya sal, especies, servilletas, etc para cocinar cualquier cosa rapida. Te dejan toallas de cambio para cada 2 dias de estancia. Tiene parking frente a la casa. Varios supermercados por la zona, sin necesidad de ir al centro de Olbia. La dueña esta en contacto por Whasapp todo el rato, por si tienes dudas o para explicartelo todo. Tiene un patio donde hay lavadora y tendedero para lavar algunas cosas si estas por varios dias y vas a la playa todos los dias.

Echamos en falta un ventilador en la sala-cocina, al hacer algun desayuno ligero se nota el vaporon que haces y comes sudando, ya que solo hay aire acondicionado en la habitacion. Se nos ocurrió un dia hacernos la comida por la tarde y es un horno de calor, porque si abres ventanas lo que entra es mas calor del de la calle. Sugerimos un ventilador en la cocina, sobre todo para las fechas de verano.

La casa, situata in un quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso, è accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Elide è gentilissima e presente con assistenza telefonica a tutte le ore. Il parcheggio è libero ma sempre sisponibile anche davanti al cancello di casa. Ottima scelta per il mio soggiorno di lavoro di 3 giorni che ripeterò sicuramente. Lo straconsiglio!

Clean and well furnished apartment with anything you might need for your holiday. A/C is perfectly working in the sleeping rooms, which is quite necessary during summer time. Location is good. Supermarket at walking distance, same for bakery/bar to enjoy a good breakfast to start the day. City center is few minutes driving distance from the place; parking spot was always easy to find in front of the apartment, never an issue. We never physically met the hosts, but they were daily in contact with us via WhatsApp and checking that everything was running smoothly. They also gently facilitated the procedures at checkout, appreciated.

Good parking in front of the place. The apartment was clean and perfectly appointed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We were surprised that we were instructed to send a text message when we arrived, since the security cameras obviously informed the hosts that we had entered the residence. This, especially since they had our passport info, and could easily identify us. There was a lot of extra dialogue that could have been avoided to improve our stay.

The apartment is super clean, pretty designed with theme of the ocean and blue color so it brings a relaxing atmosphere. The back yard is big and the apartment has many cute plants making it look so green and peaceful. Staffs are super friendly, responsive and helpful! All the information they share is very detailed (e.g how to take bus from airport to the place, which bus to take, what time, etc) They really went extra miles to help us with what we ask for. Thank you! :)
