Excellent managing agents - very helpful throughout our week stay even came to remove lock from suitcase when I accidentally locked the keys in the case. Always prompt to reply via WhatsApp to any queries. They couldn't have done more. The villa itself was lovely just be mindful the steps up as well as steps in the villa ( no banister) might be problematic for some however we went eith my 82 yearold mother who had knee problems and she managed if we took our time. There are washing machines and everything dries quickly on the clothesline so advise taking less luggage. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could want and was so comfortable. It has aircon, but as iys a stone house, it remains very cool. The location is great for the old town/ cable car and can easily get around. Dubrovnik is hilly and reknown for its steps as long as you are prepared, couldn't be in a better position. We will visit again and would definetely stay either in this villa or one of the other properties they manage as they made the stay trouble free and were always responsive to queries both before and during the trip.

Nothing - once we got our heads around how many steps there were in the city in general, we couldn't fault it.

La villa est exceptionnelle, très spacieuse, très bien équipée, literie confortable, 2 salles de bain, la terrasse est un vrai plus pour manger dehors, la vue du balcon sur la mer et l'île de Lokrum est magique. La villa est très bien située, à proximité de la vieille ville, qui permet de tout faire à pieds.

Close to the old town. Equipped with nice kitchen, air-conditioning, and washer & dryer. Plenty of toilet paper stocked, which helped us a lot as half of us went through diarrhea in Dubrovnik (ha, ha, ha).

It is not about the apartment at all. But if you are not healthy & fit, I don’t recommend you to stay here because, like many other hotels/apartments in the area, you cannot avoid walking up & down the steps in order to go everywhere (the old town, beach, etc.).

The living area and kitchen were very nice. The place is spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We appreciated use of the washer and dryer and it was great to have beach towels provided. The host directed us to nearby markets making it easy to get things for breakfast. With the exception of the problem noted below, it was very clean. It was easy to walk to the old town (though coming back up the 72 steps to the building could challenge some). The host was responsive to an issue we had (see below).

The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor clearly have a mold/mildew problem. The dehumidifier needed to be emptied daily. There was evidence of mold on the wall. When we alerted the hosts and sent photos they were grateful as they were not aware of the extent of the problem. Before booking this apartment I would inquire about how this has been remediated or negotiate to rent just the upper bedrooms and bath.

Huge 3 bedroom apartment just above old city. Easily accommodated six of us. Beds were great. High end furnishings. Highly recommend.

Location great for city walls and old town. Very close to the cable car and convenient for beach. Nice open modern kitchen/lounge area. Host agent was there on arrival, very friendly and helpful with information.

Nice outside terrace although not the sea view was perhaps expecting (sea view only from main upstairs bedroom side small balcony with no chairs). Lower ground floor double en suite bedroom smelt of damp, even though hosts had made all efforts to negate with dehumidifier and extractor fan. (Perhaps just time of year we stayed there).

there was a bad smell in ground floor bathroom but it didn’t spoil a great holiday
